I bought a version of Microsoft Office - not the most recent but I only need the basics - and it was fine as usual. This is the third one I have purchased from you like this because I have no need for Office 365 that keeps coming with the PCs I buy and the replacement from you is grand and a very reasonable price

My download of Office 24 Pro Plus has stopped working after 1 month (I've used it twice during that period). I'm getting product activation has failed messages and have tried to use their live chat feature but this is saying it's out of hours (it isn't) and asks me to leave a message below and that somebody will get back to me (you are unable to leave a message below). I've used them before with no problems on my last laptop so I'll seem how they respond to my issue.

The experience was pleasantly simple to download and install. Instructions were given and easy to follow and the price was good.

I am a 76 year old who struggles with most of the modern technology, I have issues with information being stored on the "CLOUD" etc. My MacBook is not the most recent by a long way, 2016 model. I found I was no longer able update my 2011 version of Works.

The 2119 version I purchased works PERFECT, it allows me to make THUMB Drive backups, unlike others who were slightly cheaper, but store it all on the CLOUD - I Bloody hate that. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this alternative for those of us who are more comfortable with slightly older technology.
The product works PERFECTLY for my knowledge level and requirements.
TRUELY - this purchase has allowed me to remain comfortable, stress free and relaxed with the things I want to do with MS Works ---- 100% endorse and recommend it to all similar seniors.

Easy to use and install

If there were six stars I would have given them six. Excellent. Fast, trustworthy and efficient.

I bought MS Ofice 2021. Product download was exactly as per instructions. There was one hitch due to existing files on my laptop, which was quickly solved with the help of the excellent support desk.

I had to replace my 2010 DVD version because I'd installed it too many times and telephone activation was no longer supported. Had weighed up several options before settling on GetRenewedTech.

My heart sank, initially, to be greeted with the "too many installs" message but GetRenewedTech has an automated web page to assist with the telephone activation that was necessary - and still supported with this version of Office.

They even threw in a 10% coupon for a new customer.

I was skeptical at first but everything turned out almost perfect in the end. I bought a 3 year license of AutoCAD and the checkout was smooth. However, after purchase it just said processing and nothing happened. Since it is just a license I thought the process should be more or less immediate. After a few hours I thought I had lost my money. Luckily, a day later, access was granted and I could download AutoCAD. The only real downside ( And the reason for 4 stars) is that it is a student license and not a full license. For personal projects it should be fine but it can cause problems for professional client work.
