James was my "Contact" also. His grammar was poor in our email communications. I bought MS Office and the product never worked. After several email exchanges, no solution was sent or offered and my product still doesn't work and they still have my money. Response time to my emails always took 3-4 days every time and then I was ghosted.

This company is a scam and the only one who chats is a person called James. I bought Mircrosoft Office Pro 2021 and they have neither shipped or responded to my emails. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE THIEVES. You will get nothing from them. It's a shame that they can continue this way so blatantly. All the positive reviews are bogus and made up to make things look real

Not knowing much about computer programming and hearing so many scary stories concerning computer hacking I was nervous about updating anything. I was losing out when working with Excel as I only had the 2007 version. I saw Renewed Tech's website and decided to take a chance. What a team. I not only bought the package but when I told them I wouldn't be confident downloading it they offered to do all the work for me. Having a very slow connection it took some time, but I have to say their patience was exceptional. Package downloaded and working perfectly. Thanks Guys.

Having read some of the reviews I was a bit nervous but decided to go ahead.

Took a while to download but once downloaded installation went quickly and I was up and running within 10 minutes. No problems whatsoever.

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 online. They sent me the download and after I downloaded the Office I entered the licence key and i got this response. "your copy of microsoft office cannot be activated because the specified product key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted.
I have been unable to reach them either by phone or an email. THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME THE MONEY. Thet never tried to reach out to me.
I dont care what reviews you read, but READ THIS CLEARLY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A DONATION. ITS A SCAM. SCAM SCAM

Recently, I purchased their Microsoft pro 2021 - tried to contact them but there was no response by email or chat or to the mobile number advertised online. Unfortunately because they appear under different names, it was too late when I saw an extremely critical and angry review calling out their 'non-existent customer service, scam and fake reviews'. Since I tried to contact them, their website continuously shows a waving hand with the great big lie that they reply immediately! This is untrue, dishonest and a misleading statement to the public! Furthermore, whilst I was sending a message via their chat - I was horrified to see my name flash up stating that I had made a purchase. Needless to say, they have not replied to my email or message sent via their chat asking for my personal information to be removed from their adverts! I am still waiting for a response, since I want a refund and no longer want anything to do with these dodgy people!

ordered a microsoft download but had issues with I stalling it I ess encouraged that I got a reply saying they would install remotely
however the communications stopped chat line gets no response and no phone number to contact them hopeless waste of money dont know how companies operate in this manner

All worked smoothly. We found the receipt email in our junk/spam, and the license key, was in the same email, at the end. A few hoops to jump through, with the installation, to be honest I would say you just have to take your time and follow the instructions :) (we are 60 btw) We opened several programs and old files and all looks to be in order :)

Purchased Office Pro, installed it but no product key no email was sent nothing to confirm the purchase. Chat was not available. However, I only received all of it the next day. Not sure why there was a delay.

I ordered MS Office pro plus, and get no activation key, no order confirmation. My money is gone without trace. The Chat window shown up is not active, just bot.

Purchased software from them, requested a refund over 10 days ago, still waiting!
No answer when tried to call them? Emails gets bounced?.

Are they a genuine company?

I really didn't want to spend $$$ on software and didn't want to do the piracy thing either so your service was convenient!.

Now I only wish that you offered the same kind of service for other software such as Adobe...

I purchased MS Office from you. I have purchased 2 copies of MS Office at the price of hundreds of dollars and had monthly subscription to MS Office 365 but let that go due to my retiring and incompetence on behalf of MS. Your installation procedure required I go through MS, which I do not appreciate.
