Login issues
The company login page only works successfully if you navigate to it a certain way. Everytime I've gone to the home page to login, my details never work but if I enter another way it does. Needs fixed

Should you have any issues, there is a range of options available that can help you resolve this. We have a section which looks at the most “Frequently asked questions”, our virtual assistant provides useful guides on how to complete changes online and our Live Chat facility is available during business hours should you not find the answer to your query elsewhere.

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. We do regularly compare the insurance market and find we are in line with all other insurers and do aim to provide our customers with the most competitive quotation we can.

Not recommended .... Why?
After 1 year with GetSetGo, with excellent weekly driving (provided by them), they could not offer me a new quote as I forget to renew the policy with them before the end. ..... I have chatted with them and they phone me and said my details are underwriting criteria, and we could not offer you a quote!!!!! ..... If I was with a different company now, I will get a discount for the new policy......

Quoted price and then paid were different? When went to pay at agreed price the charge on credit card was different, a £1 or so but it was different !

The worst experience i have had other…
The worst experience i have had other than the fact of paying a beginning drivers fare due to moving from non eu country.
Read the fine print i bought comprehensive voverage but doesn't cover towing if broken just towing if accident. No help with rental insurance either if you breskdown or just want to rent.
I can not wait to get rid of this farce of a comlany and find human beings not IA BOTS

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. . In order to resolve the issue that you currently have, please send us an email to complaints@mclinsuretech.ie stating your policy number and contact details and we will be happy to arrange a time to contact you to resolve this.
