Never use this company they make…
Never use this company they make insurance stressful and even after admitting your driving history still find something which wasn't asked at time of taking out policy and have now voided it. Quick to take your money but 45 days to get refund. Have no problem with the staff on chat they just doing what their told it's the company.

I am currently insured with this company, or so I hope! constant emails of cancellation, constant emails of unreceived documents, very poor communication. once this policy is over in a year I will certainly go elsewhere

In response to my review on the 4th May…
In response to my review on the 4th May I was told to do onto the online chat. That is who I spoke with initially so that wasn't to change anything. A very standard response too. I cancelled the policy as the company weren't willing to help me. No refund yet, 11 days later and have been told on the chat it takes 45 days for the refund to be processed. An absolutely terrible customer service provided by a local company.

Awful company
Awful company. I’m a first time insurer and they made it so stressful and difficult
- I chose a telematics plan which the have an outside company that install the telematics. Telematics company either don’t show up at the time they agreed to or don’t answer the phone. So you have GetSetGo on your back about not having it installed and going to cancel your policy.
- Having any sort of change to your documentation is a nightmare because they just lock your account which means you have to go through a portal chat which is useless.
- If you change anything on your insurance there is a ridiculous charge (basically another deposit)
- If (like I did) you cancel your policy with them they will not insure you again (no bad thing in my opinion but just to be aware of)
- I now have insurance with a company I can CALL and they are very understanding and helpful. Dealing with them has been a dream compared to GetSetGo. GetSetGo is cheap insurance because they have terrible service. Pay the extra for a proper insurance company. If you can’t call them they don’t deserve your business

Absolutely impossible to get anything…
Absolutely impossible to get anything sorted with this company. They won't take a call. The website doesn't function properly and they can't keep your details up to date. My certificate is of my present vehicle and the policy still states my previous vehicle. Trying to get some resolve is impossible.

Avoid like the plague
This is by far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since accepting the policy and paying in full I have been constantly pestered for additional documents, and even after providing these I was being asked for more. Then on top of that additional payments were asked for. If you try to contact them you end up in an online chat situation, if you try to call them you are given three choices of who to speak with, none of which is them. The complaints email just leads to a no reply email so the whole set up is a shambles. It may be cheap but it is a mess. AVOID.

I was with this company for one year already and the quote this year was near the same so I was more than happy to stay with them plus they secure ur no claims and have covers I find attractive in car insurance with windowscreen cover courtesy car affordable prices
