Finger weg, reagieren nicht auf Rücksendungswünsche, ich habe die größtmöglichen Socken bestellt, die passten bei mir gerade mal über den "großen Zeh" (Schuhgröße 46).
Der Hohn ist, die Rücksendung soll nach Idaho/USA erfolgen und zwar mit Sendungsnummer, der billigste Versand mit Sendungsnummer via DHL kostet 48 Euro, die spinnen doch!!!

I ordered 4 pair and paid got free…

I ordered 4 pair and paid got free shipping and no charge for sales tax. They immediately sent a great offer to add to my order deeply discounted numerous quantity for…. I said why not. I chose another 4 pair this time had to pay shipping. And sales tax. ( looks like this company just pays sales tax when they feel like it.
Anyhow. I was very excited to get my order. It came I opened I barely could get a large on there wasn’t much give I would not qualify them as true compression socks. As a matter of fact. I was completely bummed that I had actually fallen for this scam , these aren’t even socks at all. A sock covers your toes. These do not cover your toes. There is an opening at both ends. At the time of buying. All the pics happen to not show the toe part. Even when looking online now 98% don’t show the angle with toes. So very misleading. And NOT A SOCK!!! But this bogus company makes millions off of us thirsty for help with our aging bodies. They say satisfaction guarantee. Oh also the phone number. Yea not so much. They only utilize email and offer a discount to keep the lousy fitting sleeve they misrepresent as a sock! No thx I don’t want a discount. But anything you opened. You will not get reimbursed for. And you won’t get your shipping paid. NOR the return shipping either. But must send them a mail
With return tracking number and how many returning. Why? Cuz someone is sitting in California cashing in while some warehouse is sending these out by the hundreds they have no idea what’s coming or
Going. They just counting and will move on to the next get rich item.
I feel I just threw away lots of time emailing. But also money for shipping for a misrepresented item I wouldn’t have bought had I known my toes would be dangling out in my shoes. How weird is that. Bad news bad company bad socks (sleeves). Run away. Don’t buy. If you do sorry for you.

Bought the large socks

Bought the large socks. That is what they said is my size on the website. Socks dig into my foot in front of my ankle. I don't have the order number and their website won't let me ask about this without it. I'm sure they can lookup my email or phone. They send me enough no reply text messages.

I only wanted to buy 1 pair of socks and they added 4 more to the order. Then after trying the socks on and they were not comfortable. I sent them back but these fraudster’s refused to give my money back. I can understand why they are not listed with the BBB. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. refused to honor the refund for a wrong order, Poor customer service, and would not recommend anyone to this product. They promised a refund then renege. I have send 8 different requests and all I get back is a automatic generated reply that they will look into it.

Do not order from this company I ordered 1x box of knee pads for £14.99 they charged me £80.55, I had cancelled within minutes but they went ahead and sent 10 x boxes, I ordered through pay pay who have been useless, i phoned pay pal as soon as i realised what they had done, they raised a dispute,they now telling me as they had arrived I would have to pay for them. I have now notified action fraud through my bank, as if you read these reviews you will see this is a common practice with this company, charging for more than you order, I have on numerous occasions asked them for their address to return them, suprise sunrise no amswer

I tried to order a pair of socks at…

I tried to order a pair of socks at £39.75. When I tried to check out of their website, they had added another pair at £31.95 Every time I tried to check out, I was bombarded with other items I might want. I refused and finally got to the checkout and was asked to check and edit my order if necessary. There was absolutely no facility to edit and remove the unwanted additional socks, so I emailed them immediately, asking them to remove them. No reply so I send further emails. Eventually I was so frustrated with the lack of response, I asked them to cancel my order. I was horrified to see they had already taken the money from my account. I asked them how they had done this, when I had not clicked a box to say make payment. Not only had they taken the money, but they had done it in 2 stages rather than the one invoice I was presented with. I have had numerous communications with them to no avail. Initially they offered me a 40% refund and then 50% refund. I told them I wanted 100% refund and they said it was too late, the socks were on their way. I would have to return them in order to get a refund. When they arrived, the address was in Hounslow, so i said that's where I would return them to. Soothe-Relieve said I must return them to the USA, at my expense, with a tracking number, in order to get my refund. It has cost me £27.00 to return these unwanted socks. They have refunded me the £31.95 for the product THEY added to my cart which I did not want. I'm awaiting the refund of £39.75 and preferably, the £27.00 it cost me to return these unwanted and unordered goods. This company in my opinion, is an absolute crook. I asked them how I was supposed to edit/amend my order when there was no facility to do so, they have not answered this question, neither have they answered how they were able to take money out of my account. I have now cancelled this card as a precaution.

SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Ordered one pair $16.00 for my elderly father (with his credit card), and received confirmation of 5 pairs for over $100. I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel the order and had to submit a request (which was not responded to), there is no way to contact the company other than this "request" submission. We have heard nothing. Thank you for stealing my elderly father's money.

Crooked

Exactly as others have described-ordered 1 pair and had 4 extra pairs added. Cancelled-no response. Paypal refused to cancel the additional payment.
Tracking link is to another dodgy health related site. And weirdly now the confirmation email has "disappeared" from my system. No idea how it's done but if you set up a dodgy system I suspect it's easy enough.. Moral: avoid websites with lots of self congratulatory verbage and whizzy "offers". Subsequently an email was sent to me. Needless to say nothing was received. Reviews through trust pilot are clearly pointless

These people are fraudsters

These people are fraudsters, they should be banned from trading, I wanted one pair of their socks, they claimed I've ordered the one, they included four more and charged the four.

I will approach the trading standard authority and the UK ombudsman.

PayPal is aiding them, all they did to help was suggesting I change the password.
