I need my refund

I received order and it was not suitable so I asked for refund and they sent another 3 jars and charged me. I have returned 5jars after doing everything they asked and now. Nothing!😡

The scam here is the option packages…

The scam here is the option packages that are offered. Naturally you would want to use the best price per item, but in order for you to complete your purchase, mind you, after they charge your account, they make you watch a 6 or 7 minute video for more products which gives them time to add all of their up charges, like insurance for shipping and shipping charges. Then when you think you purchase an item for $39.95, it turns out that they actually charge $126.68! By the time you see this and want to cancel, the video that they make you watch took enough time to close the purchase. To dispute, you have to email or call the company number they give you only to find yourself on hold for over 20 minutes!!! I will have to again, live and learn that scammers never go away!!! Steer clear of this company and product!!!!!!

Order information mostly good.

I placed an order through one of the online adds. even though I wasn’t in the mood for an upsell I had to go through three upsell videos. They always tell them as short videos, but they’re always 30 to 45 minutes long I finally got through. I clicked on all the pass-throughs and thought the order was placed just fine but it turns out there was a problem. Customer Service gone On it and helped me out with it. The agent explained the order volume was higher than expected, and that my package would be delayed between 5 to 10 working days. I’m not happy but they at least let me know upfront. I’d buy from them again.

I really like my product

I really like my product. It helps with the pain that I’m experiencing from the mastectomy. I also use it to massage my feet. I’m finally getting to see a podiatrist so then I can find out what’s going on with my nerves in my feet.
