The postage took just over 10 days was a bit worried but I emailed them and they answered back and were very helpful and reassuring they fit well just ordered my normal bra size and they are so comfortable you don’t realise you were the top lovely thank you so much will definitely be ordering some more
I ordered and paid for 4 tops - they say they were delivered, but we have a log in book at our condo building and no evidence of delivery. I can't get reply from their customer service - they have my money and I have nothing. Don't buy here.
They scam you 30 day return
I brought 3 bra shirt over 70 dollars
They said I can’t return them so I lost my money they should be closed down
This is a scam company! Do not buy the tank top with the built in bra! They are very poor quality and they are sized wrong- very small fit and the straps are very flimsy and do not support at all. The 6x fits like a 2X in some areas and a 3x in other areas. They claim a money back guarantee, but they will not refund me anything!! They said the refund does not apply because I got a discount. But the advertisement says full money back guarantee and does not say anything about a discounted item not being refundable. I was well within any 30 day or 60 day cut off and I went back and forth on emails several times and all they did was send me another piece of trash that is very poor quality. No refund and no return label. These people are scam artists and will not work with the customer at all. Do not buy anything from them.
This company sells women's garments including support bras. They advertise a satisfaction guarantee.. try it for 30 days and if you're not satisfied get a full refund. So I decided to try and placed an order. First disappointment.. the items took almost a month to arrive. Second disappointment.. when they finally arrived they did not fit. Third disappointment... when I inquired about returning them I was informed that my items were not eligible for refund since they were part of a promotional sale that made them "final sale" and ineligible for return. I recommend you stay away from this company
