I sent my hearing aids back over 2…

I sent my hearing aids back over 2 years ago and it was within the 45 days and I have not received my refund and you still have my hearing aids tried calling them probably about 30 times only once did they pick up the phone and talk to a lady put us on hold for about 45 minutes got back to us and said the check will be in the mail never received the check they never returned my calls they never returned my emails probably sent them probably 40 emails and never got an answer back the only thing they tell me is give them 24 to 48 hours to review the problem and I never hear anything from them this has been going on for over 2 years they got my money and they got my hearing aids this company is a scam even went to the Better Business Bureau for help they never returned their calls so they can't help me neither they did receive the hearing aids because I had a tracking number and a guy named Warren signed form so I know they received them I ordered the hearing aids on Friday January 12th 2024 so it's over 2 years

Do not buy these hearing aids

Do not buy these hearing aids. These hearing aids do not fit and the feedback is ridiculous. You can hear the screeching in the next room according to my family. The company will offer you 45 day returns for refund but rest assured, this is a scam. You will not get your money back. They will offer you store credit but for what? If this is what I wanted and they don’t fit in my ears, I should be able to return them. Why would I want to give these people more money and not be assured it is something I can use. This company is a total scam.

Ultra hearing aids- not recommended

Hearing aids were purchased in 2024. They stopped working in 2026. Company was contacted because they were sold with a lifetime warranty. Several troubleshooting tips were received from the customer service department. When I notified them that the tips were ineffective and wanted a replacement they could not find my order. I provide the order number. Then I received an email that I had not purchased their extended warranty. Who needs that with a lifetime warranty? When I expressed my regret when I decided to do business with their company. They explained that the lifetime warranty does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser, but the expected lifetime of the device( for the in ear hearing aids purchased that would be 3-7 years). These lasted 2 years. Check every review available regarding this company. I deeply regret ever ordering from them.

Update on my review.

I ordered Ultra hearing aids in early December 2025. Have not received them. I have been mislead several times via responses to my emails saying they were to ship within a week and even 24 hours! I have requested my order be cancelled and money refunded but told no refund of money was warranted because I had nothing to ship back! Emails received from customer service have been very friendly, but no (action) tells me this is a scam.

I have just received notice that my money was refunded. I will post again when it is received. Thank you Ultra for making it right.

Terrible company

Ultra Hearing Aids is a Terrible company. They promise you the full refund within 45 days, but will not pay you back nothing even if you return the devise and follow all their instructions.
They will give you some bogus excuses like "special promotion" or something similar, but no money back.
Their total business is fraud.
So many people are writing those terrible reviews. No one is getting his money back, no one positive review. Where are the states Attorneys General offices, where are other law enforcement agencies?

In the advertisement it clearly states…45 day money back guarantee

In the advertisement it clearly states 45 day money back guarantee. No where in the advertisement does it state to review their policies. The hearing aids do not fit in my ears and the company is stating because this was a special I can only receive store credit. This is fraud go read the advertisement and these hearing aids are always on special.

I ordered on the 5th of January and…

I ordered on the 5th of January and keep
Getting the run around on when they will ship. They keep telling me the “machines are down” I’m afraid I’ve lost my money!

UPDATE: they just now shipped right after they saw this review! Kind of wish I would have wrote it sooner If that’s all it takes to get them to give me a actual
Shipping timeline instead of the run around I was receiving. I will be updating this thread with my review of the actual product, stay tuned

I would not recommend doing business…

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered a set of hearing aids on October 30, 2025. When I received the confirmation I noticed that there were 2 sets on the order. I immediately contacted them and my order was corrected. The additional charge for the 2nd pair was not reversed. There were several email exchanges and I was assured that my order had been refunded. I am still waiting for the refund (January 9, 2026). I disputed the charge with my credit card and it is going through the process. After 30 days, I decided that I wanted to end my "45 Day Trial" and contacted the company on December 1, 2025 for return instructions. It took until December 20, 2025 to get the instructions. I shipped them back on December 21, 2025 and they received them on December 26, 2025. They are currently "going through inspection". I am fearful that because of their delays in responding to my requests, that they will claim that I am outside the "45 Day Trial Window".

Lousy customer service and product

I ordered Ultra Hearing aids and within 2 days I had feedback, whistling and squeelling. I called wrote for a refund and received no reply for 3 days, then I was given runaround for 3 weeks.
I finally sent them back, and 3-4 weeks later was informed they wouldn't give a refund , but credit to their website.
They wanted to charge me $50 to get the SAME pair.
Terrible customer service and care.

These are not what they say they are, A3 chip noise cancelling is a lie. waiting 3 weeks for a refund, called Visa still have not got a refund probably never will, a total scam. I beg your pardon I never got a rma or a refund!!!!!!!!!

I purchased $199.00 hearing aids around…

I purchased $199.00 hearing aids around 7-1-25, did not like them and wanted to return them. You cannot get ahold of a live person to answer or return a call. The only email from them was to upgraded to their top model and I just wanted a refund. After sending additional messages and a phone call message, I notified Bank of America about this fraudulent company. I sent the hearing aids back in their original envelope to the warehouse they were sent from around 1 month after the purchase and still did not hear from them. I cannot find any information except from other buyers who also got screwed with similar circumstances. I tried to find out where they are located and could only see California, no street address, no zip code, no phone number. If they had a location in Boston,MA. I would go there and show street justice for such a crooked company.

Company is not trustworthy, aides are bad

This company is not at all trust worthy. We ordered hearing aides where the website said get your hearing aides within 3 days on a 45 day trial basis. We didn’t receive the hearing aides until a week later, then they turned out to be not satisfactory so we asked for a return authorization. After several questions about why we were returning them for a refund, we finally got the return information and got them delivered. They acknowledged they received the return but responded that we qualified for a store credit. This company is not trustworthy.

After Trust Pilot received a response that the refund was being processed, Ultra Hearing Aids said it was an automatic response and that no actual refund was being processed.

Our credit card company reversed the charges when we logged a dispute. The BBB tried but couldn’t get the company to refund our money, so our credit card company was our best option and resolution.

RUN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought these with knowing they offer a 45-day money back guarantee. They didn't work for me, I returned (per their explicit instructions) well within the 45 day time limit. They will not refund my money. I am disputing the purchase with my credit card company. Ultra is saying I received the product and I couldn't get my money back. I'm not disputing the fact that I got them, I disputing the fact that I returned them and am not getting my money back. They did send my credit card company a piture of a broken charging case (which I didn't break) so it's a great excuse for them not to return my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the BBB complaints and hearing aid forums before you purchase! I would call to talk to someone and be put on hold for 2+ hours.

False advertising. Returned hearing ad (within 2 weeks of purchase)and after 4 months said I wasnt eligible for refund only store credit. That is bull. They do not have product that suits me.

Won't refund my money!

I ordered a pair of hearing aids. They didn't fit. I told them immediately, but it took 2 weeks for them to send instructions on how to return them. I followed the instructions completely and now they say I only qualify for a store credit because they were on sale! I am on a limited income and have been waiting desperately for my refund! The BBB says they’ve had over 85 complaints this year. The Florida Attorney General should investigate this fraudulent company!

Scammers!! They lie! All they want is your money!@ And they now say somehow can't find my name and any order but were able to accept payments in my name. How ironic. Save your money and buy elsewhere
