My experience with Audien Hearing was overall average, with a few aspects that prospective buyers may want to consider.

The product did not fully align with my personal expectations in terms of performance and functionality. It may be better suited for individuals looking for basic sound amplification rather than more advanced hearing solutions.

I also found that some of the product descriptions and marketing left room for interpretation, particularly regarding specifications and positioning of the device. Taking time to review detailed product information and compare options could be helpful before making a decision.

Had an experience that I was upgraded in error. Not knowing if it was my error or your error. The gal that I was talking with was very informative and actually pleasant to talk with. The only thing of dislike is speaking to an AI before being connected to a representative.
