Major Issues

Got my package about a week ago. Not liking the performance so far .
- lots of feedback unless on the lowest setting.
- sound into my ears is too loud, even at lowest volume setting. Really bad listening to TV as sudden load effects are ear-splitting!
- I am unable to log into the online app. It never sends an approval code.
- Have sent at least 2 questions to help by email. Promised response within 24 hours has not happened.
- Have tried for two day for help by phone. Placed on hold for long periods then ask to leave my number. No call back.
Right now all I want is a return authorization which, I understand also takes a phone call.

Dealing with you folks has been a real pleasure for me. I have experienced a couple of small issues (caused by me). Your representative, Travis, has been extremely helpful and professional. Me, being elderly, sometimes I have trouble comprehending what is being explained to me. Travis was very patient with me and made sure I fully understood what he was explaining. Nebroo will not return 100% of your…

Nebroo will not return 100% of your money if not satisfied and to return them you have to pay to ship them to Canada! They offered me $81 refund and I could keep the hearing aides and donate them to charity. To save the hassle of the shipping expense to ship them to Canada I took their offer and what money I could get back. I’m sure they are banking on you doing that.

Customer service sucks

The hear aids do not fit me & I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service for 5 days! I have been hung up on 3 times & one of them after being on hold for 26 minutes, I have left several messages & sent several emails. They have not been back in contact with me yet! If anyone knows how to get them to respond, please let me know! This is a waste of money for me!!

SCAM!! Don't fall for this SCAM!!! BEWARE!!

I received these "hearing aids" and they just turned out to be sound amplifiers. I also paid the upgrade for Bluetooth and they did not have that feature. I'm trying to return them but all I get are return emails saying they are trying to call me (but are not) they asked for a good callback number and time (which i did twice) with no call. When you call the supposed help line, I wait for over 40 minutes and no one ever picks up. This is the most cleverly disguised SCAM I have ever seen. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR FALL FOR THIS! I am out over $400.

Customer service terrible

Customer service terrible. I have e mailed 3 times with no answer. I have a total of 2.5 hours on hold when calling in for customer service. Very disappointed at this time.

Our first Nebroo 3.0 experience was a hit!

Today was the first day of using the Nebro 3.0 hearing aid. We could not get into the video so decided to call Nebroo. I am so glad we did! Jin was our customer service representative. My experience with Nebroo was way less…

My experience with Nebroo was way less than satisfactory. I’ve kept all my correspondence and phone records to verify my side of this horrible experience! They give you a 90 day trial period which was fine. Other companies I looked into had less time and I wasn’t sure if I was getting an amplified ear bud or a genuine hearing aid. My initial call was fine except when it came to the cost. I did an upgrade at first and then I had to have the cleaner etc. the last thing was a warranty! After giving it some thought I told her to decline the warranty. By now we’re over $500. The young lady I spoke to was very nice and assured me I could call back anytime and ask questions. I saw they were in Austin TX so I felt comfortable dealing with them. When the package arrived I didn’t open it for a few days as it was a very hectic time of year. In the meantime, I talked to several sources and decided that I would be better off getting the surgery instead. So I called back and again I spoke to a young lady that told me I had to get a return ‘number’ before returning them and when I asked for the address I got the same response, someone else had that info. She then transferred me over to that extension. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour…….no one ever picked up. I left my name and number and they called on Sunday morning (church time) three agents right in a row. The first two I couldn’t understand. They never called back after that initial call. I called back about two weeks and again waited for over an hour and no one picked up. Next day same thing. They only had one number to call and that was the Austin number. I finally connected with Shaun in February and I told him I wanted to return the item and that it has not been used. Everything is in the box the way it came in. He asked why and I told him that I decided to go with the surgery instead……. He asked when I having surgery and I told him I didn’t have a date yet, we were still working that out. Bottom line……. he kept telling me I need to try these first before I go for surgery. We went back and forth for a while and he finally told me I had to send them to Canada. I asked why? I asked if he was going to send me a return label? NO! Again we went back and forth. I said they came from IL, why would I send them to Canada? He told me that was just a small building for other things. Then he told me I had to take a photo of the contents and also a photo of the postal receipt and send that to them before they issued a credit. I was then put on hold for a bit and when he came back he told me he would credit me $200 if I wanted to keep them. And he would extend the trial period to April 15 2026. I again asked why? I’m getting surgery and would not need them. He then suggested I donate them. I told him I couldn’t afford that. We continued to haggle and he said he would give me back $301 if I just wanted to gift them to someone. I told him I’d have to consult with my kids first. He said he could only make that offer right now and if I hung up without confirmation it would expire immediately. I had my kids close by and they heard the conversation. One of them nodded to me to accept that offer. So I did. She knew someone who might be able to use them. So she said let’s charge them up and get everything ready for this friend who would be forever grateful! So we did! The next day we took them off the charger and got them ready…….or so we thought! They charged all through the night and the next morning but they never did turn green as per the instructions……. We gave it more time to charge. The next day they were still in charging mode. But my daughter said let’s try them, they’ve had plenty of time to charge. She set them up and one of them still had not charged. The other one that had an ‘L’ on it only squealed in the ‘R’ ear, it didn’t work in the left ear. She was having problems connecting the units and called Nebroo for help and they asked her where she got the units and she told them that they were a gift. She was on the phone for more than a half hour trying things out as they suggested. They weren’t able to help her and told her to call back the next day. She still had the unit in her ear when it went dead and needed to be recharged. I was grateful at that point I had not given these units to somebody that needed them only to find out they weren’t any good. I packed it back and will be sending it back to the IL. address. I am also going to contact my credit card company and have the balance refunded to me. This company was willing to cut the price in half just to sell it! I don’t like companies that do business that way. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!
I have since contacted my cc company about this fiasco!

Their customer service is totally…

Their customer service is totally nonexistent.
When I tried to cancel my order, I was told it couldn’t be done. I’d have to wait for the delivery and then they would give me return instructions.

When I finally received the delivery, I attempted to get returned instructions from them and it was nonexistent. They will not even tell me what address to send it to. It’s been over a week since I received a package. They will not email me the information and when I call them, I spend a half an hour on the phone waiting to finally hear an automated message that says leave a message.

Needless to say, I have no plans on doing business with this company. The last thing I’m going to do is return this package come Hell or high water.

Their basic problem is they do not speak to the customers. Their automated answering system puts the customer on hold for 30 minutes and then asks for them to leave a message. After leaving a message, the customer receives an email saying who received your phone call please call us for more instructions. Of course, they won’t speak to you. I’ve even tried just asking them to email me a return address so I can return there their package . No response..

THey were able to work everything out for me in a very short time and sent me a full replacement at no additional charge. Nebroo ROCKS!

Scam company - Do NOT buy!

DONOT Buy ! Terrible fit, terrible sound, terrible service. After calling their service line I spent 1/2 hour with their staff who obviously worked from the typical power off/remove app & reinstal crap. I resolved on my own but then the sound quality is POOR. It is only amplification . Tried to get refund but no luck. 4 emails, 6 phone calls and 3 callback #s unanswered! Now when I call I get the “all operators are helping others” then put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on! This is a scam company. Don’t waste your money.

Update April 3,2026
So after 8 phone attempts (with callback messages) and several email messages I finally received a phone call from them. After 3 attempts by them to offer “discounts “ to keep or donate the aids I FINALLY received the return authorization. Note you buy from Texas but when you return they want them sent to a Canadian address ? Jokes on them as I’m Canadian and am returning within the next week so I’ll ship from there.
I’ll update after I receive the full refund from them but boy do they try hard not to honor the satisfaction guarantees.

Non existent customer service

I had problems with these hearing aids from the outset. I called them and they said that it shouldn’t be a problem to continue using them and continually following the six week program that they have outlined. I did all of this and the whistling and screeching in the right Hearing Aid continued, and then I could not get a hold of them to talk to them at all. Every single time I called I was put on hold and ultimately the call was cut off. Today for the last time I tried to call them four different times and the exact same thing happened all four times. The only way to handle these people is to get them by the wallet and I’m going after the money that I paid to them for absolutely defective hearing aids which I no longer will accept an exchange or trade in for. I’m done!!

Terrible product and terrible support

Terrible product and terrible support. You cannot get through to customer support, ever. Hours on the phone. Emails also ignored. Also the ad says 24/7 customer support which you discover in not true. Also they make you pay for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to return. The sound is tinny, you can get thrown out of the on-line support w/o being able to fix the problem. I can go on and on. Do NOT buy.
