Horrible service!!

I honestly do not know how to describe the absolutely awful service from GFS. They keep on saying that the delivery failed because there was no answer from the customer. I am home all the time and nobody attempted delivery. I have not been contacted once. When I try to reach anyone from GFS Qatar, I am unsuccessful. No answer on their call line. I am at a point where I know I will never get my package.

New al-rayyan delivery man lacks common…

GFS Worst Courier Service New al-rayyan delivery man lacks common sense, I give him all the information where to deliver the order( blue plate, whatsapp location and even shop name),I told him don't call just come deliver the order because we have work too we might not answer your call.

Worst worst service.

Worst worst service.
The delivery guy ask for location and then no contact.
My order shows delivered but I have not received anything .
I tried to contact the driver but he never responded.
Tried to contact the customer service but not response also.
Now my order is nowhere to be found.

Scammers

What a scammers. Had 2 packages being delivered 3 days apart. The delivery guys have the exact same approach like they are trained to lie and deceive. They will text you early morning asking for the location then don't reply the whole day to any messages or they just say a time and then don't come.. until late evening they will come with an excuse that their car broke down and ask you to collect from their personal house. This is how they make money, not delivering at all. What a rubbish company and horrible customer service. Don't ever use them!!

GFS - "we never deliver and we don't care"

I don't think I've ever seen such consistently poor reviews about any company. The excuse they offer, hiding behind GDPR is just pathetic. Why do companies continue to use them. I purchased an item from a retailer who gave me the tracking number. This is associated with GFS - so the retailer and I believe GFS is the courier. However, apparently they're not. According to GFS tracking my package arrived in customs in Cyprus over 3 weeks ago and the website says I have been notified. I have not. I do not know where in Cyprus it is, nor which courier GFS has engaged in Cyprus. I suspect they haven't bothered. It is a mystery as to why companies continue to use this company. If you find a parcel is being delivered by GFS then I suggest you ask for a refund straightaway because you're probably never going to see your purchase.

Worst experience ever

No info with customer service, no tracking, hard to reach them. Unknown office location in Kuwait.

WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY

1 star is too much for this non-existent service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't have a single working phone, there is no way to contact them and they don't answer on whatsapp just read the messages and leave them on seen. My order has been sitting with them for days and when I track it it saying "out for delivery" but no one attempted to contact me regarding this for days. NEVER HAVE I EVER ENCOUNTERED A COMAPGNY WITH 0 PROFESSIONALISM LIKE THIS ONE.

GFS express has the worst courier…

GFS express has the worst courier service!!!! Don’t ever use it!!!! No updates, no calls, no calls answering!!! Shipment has been stuck for more than 2 weeks and no one to follow-up with! The worst shipping experience in UAE!!!

Worse service

Dear Sir/Madam

Your delivery guy called today and I asked what time he will come and he said I dont know

So I told him, do I have to wait whole day for you? He said just wait and I told him that i cant just stay waiting without knowing when he will come

So he started talking in a very irrogant way and hanged up the phone in my face,

What type of people do you hire? Is this your customer service??

gfs, what are they good for? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

gfs, a badly run parasite company full of excuses (If you can find a conduit of communication) for a seemingly total lack of professional responsibility. They could not even find a copy of an email they sent me less than 5 minutes beforehand!!!

A response, two and a half years later. Says it all!

Worst parcel service ever!

I have on October 15th ordered from a uk online retailer. The parcel is supposed to go to Germany, but the tracking at GFS indicated that in the first few days the parcel was only transported from south to north to south within England and that there has now been no further parcel movement for 5 days (!)! Worst parcel service ever!

First of all let me start by saying…

First of all let me start by saying that I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you literally have to before moving forward. So 1 day around 5pm one of their drivers decided that he couldn’t be bothered to find a suitable place to park and decided to block my garage. At this point, I just looked at the van and seen that because it was a reputable company surely it will be moved soon. The next morning came and my husband got to the garage and guess what, the van was still there. We had to call the number on the van, leave a message with one of the call centre agents and then we had a call around 11:30-12:00. It was the area manager called Simon Forshaw who apologised and was almost making excuses up for the driver saying he couldn’t find parking when that is a complete lie. There is a park by my house so there’s plenty of parking and no yellow lines. Anyhow, I advised Simon that my husband had had to cancel his shift. He is a security guard therefore it was a must to cancel the shift as Secuirty jobs are different you need to be there or they get someone else to replace them then and there. I told him that I was at a financial loss of £80 plus calling the 0845 number cost me around £3-4. He told me he would speak to his seniors and get something arranged for me. I have waited 2 weeks only to be told sorry nothing can be done as they got the van removed soon as they could. The van shouldn’t have been there in the first place. I have a family to feed and £80 to me is a lot. These people are disgusting.

Frequently loses packages or return them as undelivered (without having tried to deliver them)

I am the Founder of an online retail business and we have used GFS to deliver our parcels to our European customers for the past 8 months. Prior to that we used DPD, but they unfortunately put their prices up and we saw some price resistance from our customers, which is why we ended up with GFS. Their prices are good (not cheap though!), and that's about all the good I can say about them. They keep losing our parcels or returning them undelivered to our warehouse (without even trying to deliver them). We NEVER get an apology for them. No explanations for the mishaps either and no offers to resend the packages quickly on their account (unless you ask). Furthermore, the tracking results you get from them are completely useless. All it says is when it shipped and that it is in transit (no s**t Sherlock!). We have honestly had more issues with GFS deliveries to the EU over the past 8 months than we have had to the entire world with DHL, DPD and Royal Mail combined in 3 years.
If you want to offer your customers great, reliable and truly trackable deliveries, I highly recommend going with another courier company...

In other words, the quality of service in terms of tracking notifications and reliability depends on your budget.
