I spoke with a very pleasant person who pointed out the problems I might have, were my car to be involved in an accident or written off. She was very matter of fact and not at all pushy. She very patiently went through all my options. I decided, after her careful explanation, to go ahead with the insurance.

Had a phone call with Wayne Taylor today and couldn’t thank him enough. Excellent customer service from him, he was so lovely and patient with me and just a genuinely lovely person to talk to.
