Right on time, very good service .

Balloons were good. Delivery late in the day after the BD party not so good after I asked for earlier delivery. Remember this… to be sure order delivery a day ahead.

The basket looked beautiful but it was delivered two days late. I was not notified that the basket would be late. There was no apology or reason given for the order delay. I’m not sure I will reuse giftblooms.

Overall I had a good experience. My niece is studying abroad and I wanted to send her something for her birthday. The cost to purchase something in the US and ship it overseas was exorbitant. I was able to order a couple of things on giftblooms and ship them directly to my niece in Poland. The customer service people I dealt with to correct a phone number issue were friendly and professional. Both items were delivered as scheduled. Shipping cost for one of the items was a little expensive but I knew that going in because the website clearly showed all the shipping fees.

Easy to order, plenty of options to choose from. Delivery was good. Only issue is that one of the mylar balloons was droopy on the day it was received, must not have had enough air in it.

I was shocked at how easy and fast it was - which was much appreciated as I waited until the last minute to place to the order, hoping it wasn't too late for the recipient to get it delivered by the next day. It came by noon from a local flower shop. The process was great and I will use it again I'm sure.

Excellent experience. I was a bit worried because this was my first time sending something to Germany and I did not receive tracking info. It arrived a bit later than expected but in great condition and with the message I attached to it. Thank you so much!

I love the product, but the delivery did not happen on time.

Although in the beginning it showed the item available, when purchased the company contacted me to say it is not available and that they would send a substitute that was a completely different product containing chocolate which the recipient is allergic to. I lost time with this company which is not reliable. They also do not respond on time and I am still hoping they will reimburse my money

The quality of the flowers and the commitment to deliver when requested is awesome! Sending qualiity arrangements (yes, I've purchased from Giftblooms a few times now) from one country to another could be difficult, but Giftblooms works hard to smooth the rough edges and deliver well!
