Amazing selection of choloclates and timely delivery

Although the gift itself was beautiful, the message was not included so my nieces didn't know who the gift was from.

Good communication and delivery as requested.

I ordered a gift basket for friends in Germany. This outfit took my money. On Dec. 23 I got a message that it wouldn't be delivered until early Jan. Late Jan and no delivery. I sent them a message. No reply. Sent a 2nd message. No reply. Went to the Customer Service link and sent an email. No reply. I tried the Customer Service number 224-999-0089 and it said the google number was not working. Called the Canada Customer service number. It said to leave a message and they would call back. They didn't. So, 2 months later, they have taken my money but NO delivery. There are a LOT of options out there. Pick a different company!!

Stay away from this company. They essentially stole my money. They did not deliver to my recipient. They said the made the deliver (two days late) and sent a photo of someone who was obviously not my recipient and then just ignored my claims and my request for a refund, claiming only that they had delivered the product. The note in the photo was not even written in English!! What a scam!

I paid extra for EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY for a Valentine’s Day gift 💔🌍, and the package NEVER ARRIVED.
After taking my money, they completely disappeared.

Here’s the truth about this FAKE business:

⚠️ No customer service response
⚠️ No email contact listed
⚠️ No physical business address
⚠️ Charged extra for “express delivery” – NOTHING delivered

This is NOT a real company – it’s a SCAM.

I placed a Valentine’s Day order with GiftBlooms that was supposed to be delivered on February 14th. Unfortunately, the delivery date kept getting pushed back with no clear explanation. After multiple delays, the order was ultimately canceled on February 17th — three days after Valentine’s Day.

This completely defeated the purpose of ordering for a time-sensitive holiday. Valentine’s Day isn’t flexible, and reliability is the most important part of a gift delivery service. If the company couldn’t fulfill the order, I wish they had communicated that upfront instead of repeatedly delaying it.

Very disappointing experience, especially for such an important occasion. I would strongly recommend confirming availability before relying on them for a holiday delivery.

The Item ordered is a week late and still not delivered and they refuse refunds. If you order from this site you are taking a massive risk. Its basically a scam site.

Excellent service and brilliant yummy cake!!

I felt there could have been more or better filter options when trying to pick out what to send. The recipient wasn't home and the carrier didn't notify them before then losing the package. The recipient then had to go to the pickup point twice before they could get their gift because it couldn't be located. They enjoyed their chocolates once they finally got them

I had my one item missing (fudge chocolates) and then the portion of fruits in the basket doesn’t justify the price they charged me

My daughter and 2 friends ordered balloons for their best friend in the hospital fighting osteosarcoma and the balloons were NEVER delivered. I’ve sent messages through the contact page and have never gotten a response. These girls spent $77 on balloons for their dear friend in the hospital to brighten her day, as she isn’t doing well, and they are very sad the balloons were never sent but the company took their money.

My son loved his balloons. They were delivered early and without any problems. Pricing was reasonable. Will use again in the future.
