I wish I could give lesser rating. I had ordered a bottle of whisky for my friend in Philippines, paid extra for delivery and they promised next day delivery. Eventually the delivery guy called her after 2 weeks saying the location is out of their route and asked her to come and collect at warehouse which my friend declined as they had accepted the delivery for her location. Next day they call and say the bottle is broken and leaking. My friend insisted they bring the parcel so that she can take pics for refund and after lot of arguments they got her the broken bottle and 2 days since I am waiting for my refund. No one responds

“My birthday flowers were beautiful,” my daughter said. The delivery was as promised. I had ordered two small teddies for her daughters, and only one was delivered, unfortunately, which was disappointing because the service is expensive ($183 total for a bouquet of roses & 2 mini teddies). However, customer service was excellent in following up, and the second teddy bear was delivered a day later delighting my two grand daughters! Thank you, Giftblooms!

Better Than Expected – Hoping for Even More Next Time
I was actually a bit worried because of some negative reviews I had read, but overall, my experience with you wasn’t bad at all. However, I have some comments below:
1- The balloons I ordered are not the same ones that have arrived. "The colors are different, and the theme is not appropriate, instead of being for a graduate, it seems to be for a successful child."
2- The delivery agent didn’t contact the phone number listed in the order.

Despite my complaint - as the gift I ordered was not available - I have to admit that the other one offered to me instead, was really very beautiful. The bouquet of pink roses was nicely composed of different shades of pink. Fresh and amazing roses!

Beautiful flowers: sub-standard service
The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my friend was delighted.
However, I ordered a delivery for Monday. That didn't happen. It was an important delivery date for my friend.
All I received was an auto generated email stating that the delivery didn't happen and was I interested in having the flowers delivered on Tuesday. I agreed to that but asked for a partial refund since I signed up for a service that wasn't honored: delivery on Monday.
I would not use this service again.

Balloons galore
Called them when the 1st company I tried couldn't fulfill my order! Balloons were going to a place not so easy to get to and this company pulled it off! The birthday girl was so happy and the balloons were perfect!

The birthday balloon bouquet and the cheesecake dessert treats were delivered on time. I sent them to my son’s college for his 19th birthday, and he loved both!! The cheese cake pops were a big hit with he and his friends and the balloons were awesome!!

I placed an order with Giftblooms on April 11th for a birthday balloon arrangement — specifically six (6) Mylar, "rare-inflation balloon bouquet" with no latex balloons — to be delivered to a hotel. The total was $52.99 plus delivery and tax.
Later that same day, I realized the recipient would not be arriving until April 15th, so I immediately attempted to update the delivery date starting on the 11th. I contacted Giftblooms through chat, email, and their “Contact Us” form — multiple times. I did not receive a response until the morning of April 14th.
The representative who finally responded said she would contact the florist and get back to me. Despite this, the order was delivered on April 14th — the wrong date — and I received the delivery confirmation a day later, on the 15th. No contact from Giftblooms.
When I called the hotel on the 15th, the front desk confirmed the balloons had been delivered the day before and were already deflating. When my family member checked in, she sent me a photo: only two Mylar balloons were included (not what I chose), and the rest were latex — which I explicitly did not order and which had already deflated down to the ground.
This was not the product I paid for, and it was not delivered on the correct date. I submitted the requested photo to Giftblooms and have received no response or resolution since.
I expect a full refund and a redelivery of the correct product, but at this point, I am left with no confidence that will happen. The lack of communication, the incorrect fulfillment, and the absence of follow-through make it clear to me that Giftblooms is not a company that values customer satisfaction or quality control.
I do not recommend using Giftblooms and will not be ordering from them again.
Update: April 20 - have not heard from representative who said they would get back to me within "72 hours" - ok after the event - other than an email asking for my review today. When I tried to submit a one start with an explanation, they declined to allow submission. Outrageous.
FINAL UPDATE: I FINALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL TWO WEEKS LATER (NOT FROM THE COMPANY MIND YOU) SAYING I WOULD BE REIMBURSED 32$ - I PAID $69.
SO I WAS CHARGED 32$ FOR DEAD BALLOONS AND 3 MYLAR - SOFT - THAT WERE NOT THE DESIGN I ORDERED. THANKFULLY, MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REIMBURSED ME THE REST - ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE SAW THE PICTURES. WHAT A JOKE.

I ordered a bouquet of pink balloons for a 4 year old girl. None of the balloons delivered were pink. Instead they sent a black balloon that said "officially old." There is no phone number for customer service on their website. I emailed them 6 times to try and resolve with no response.
