I was just wanting to say thank you to a person that went out of their way to help my daughter. Whether a person has to or wants to, I was raised to use gratitude. And the unexpected but welcome surprise of such a decadent, high quality, but low cost present is amazing and necessary. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service when the shipment could not be delivered and email and an actual voice mail. Very easy to arrange delivery to another country UK - Germany and a good selection of products.

I wish there was lower review than 1 star, this company is operated some fraudsters as their product do not even match as seen on their sites. The product delivered is not only of inferior quality it was delivered in broken condition. There is no after sales service to contact them so please do not order any thing from this team of unprofessional aiming to kill the trust in ecommerce market.

I’m in USA and my friend is in the UK. I was looking all over for a company to deliver her a teddy bear while she’s in the hospital. I found this company. They found her room and ward no problem. She got her teddy before her surgery. Everything went smoothly. Will use this company again.

Buyer beware!! This company is corrupt! Most awful service I’ve ever received. Not only was the specific bouquet I ordered for my mom and dad’s 70th Wedding Anniversary not delivered, but only 4 balloons were delivered, not 6 and one wasn’t even filled enough. I paid $70 to surprise my parents with a “specific” arrangement that was attractive, not hand-picked, different choices made by the people who delivered the pathetic grouping.

Unfortunately, my complaints have fallen on deaf ears after requesting a full refund or delivering what I had ordered. Nothing…except them messaging me that 2 balloons will be refunded. What???!!! Nothing was addressed! No offer to deliver the correct bouquet, no 15% discount, no refund!

Be forewarned that the balloons ordered will NOT be the ones delivered to your loved ones, whom you want to be “pleasantly” surprised and happy with their gift. Very embarrassing! I seriously don’t know how this company is still in business? Unethical and a scam.

Very clear instructions

Never buy from this place, very unreliable, almost started to sway to the fact it could be a bit of a scam. I ordered something for $144 to be delivered to someone unwell in hospital. It never turned up in the time they said it would, meaning the patient had already gone home. The items in this gift and most of their gifts u can buy for about $30 at the supermarket so what they are charging is so so wrong I would recommend organising your own little gift basket, save yourself time and money.

I had to push for more than a week to recover a refund, including them ignoring my emails, I eventually went to PayPal which is when they started to do something so thank you PayPal.
They only gave me a partial refund of $120 which I think is very slack and greedy I do not have the item and there was no reason for them to take any bit of my money knowing they have done nothing to earn it.

Your email says that order has been delivered,but the recipient has not received the order as yet.
It is a Birthday cake which was to be delivered today,5th March.
I sent several messages but to no avail as nobody from your company has responded as yet.
This is my first and last order with your company.

As someone who is outside Netherlands, Giftblooms is one great platform for sending gifts in the Netherlands.

I ordered a candy bouquet for a friend. The delivery date was set for Feb 24, her birthday. Instead, they delivered on Feb, 20. Very unprofessional.

Giftblooms communicated with me to make sure that my order was the way I wanted them to process it. They were considerate and I appreciated the update.

The chocolate bear claws I purchased were so delicious that I will buy from Giftblooms again!!!

Before Valentine's Day I ordered a porcelain cat , never been delivered, ruined my Valentine's Day, poor customer service, nobody contacted me, 64 dollar's throw away, never arrived, no refund so far
