Disappointing experience with Gift Hub
I ordered one Little Velo bike from Gift Hub and was initially charged correctly for one bike. However, I was then charged for a second bike that I never ordered.
I have tried contacting Gift Hub to resolve the issue, but they don’t answer their phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have also contacted them by email to request a refund for the additional charge.
I’m hoping this is simply a system error and that the matter will be resolved quickly, but it is concerning to be charged twice for an item I only ordered once, especially when it is difficult to contact the business.

I ordered this from the U.K for my son in Australia. It arrived quickly and he is happy with it and says it will be useful around the house. The only thing that would make shopping with you better is having a wrapping option as I had to ask my daughter in law if she would do this for me.

This review went up roughly 24 hours after you first contacted us — before we had a chance to do anything about it. Once we did, you received a full refund and were told to keep the item rather than return it. No cost to you, and the product is still yours.
We've since changed how fault enquiries are handled so they reach a person directly, which is a fair criticism and we've acted on it.

Lovely treadmill
Lovely treadmill, nice and compact, doesn't take up too much space in the room so no need to fold it up.....can be accessible whenever I want to use it. Also has all the basic functions but does away with all the peripheral parts. It even has a slight slope (if you wanted to use it) for more effect. Arrived in a short amount of time and was easy to put order through. Thank you
