Very helpful from day one and very quick to respond. They initially apologised and let me know why there was a delay. Then they kept me in the loop. As things progressed and they were no longer directly responsible for the delivery delay they still checked on things and went out of their way to make sure I was kept in the loop. I would definitely order from their company again. Fantastic customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience
I placed an order with Voyage Collections Australia and received an email on 29 July stating that my order had been “shipped”and was “on the way.” The email even stated that the parcel had “left our warehouse” and provided a button to track the shipment.
However, there has been no usable tracking information or evidence that the parcel is actually progressing.
When I contacted the company on 7 August, I was told that the item had been processed, handed to the courier and was in transit, with delivery expected within 2–4 days. When I asked for the actual tracking number, I was told there was a “technical issue” preventing them from providing it.
I was then specifically told that the parcel was “already in transit with Australia Post” and that they would provide the tracking information within 24–48 hours.
That timeframe has now passed and I still have no tracking number, no shipping update and no product.
What concerns me most is that the original email represented the order as having been shipped and having left their warehouse, yet almost two weeks later the company apparently cannot provide even a basic Australia Post tracking number.
At this point, I have requested a refund so I can purchase the product elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious ordering from this business, particularly if you need an item within a particular timeframe. The shipping information provided at the time of purchase and after ordering has not matched my experience at all.

Thank you for laying this out so clearly, and I'm genuinely sorry for what it put you through.
Your order did leave the warehouse and was lodged with Australia Post, but the tracking stopped updating shortly afterwards and never moved again. We chased it repeatedly and couldn't get a straight answer on where it had gone. It was eventually confirmed lost in transit, and we've refunded you in full.
The part I'm most sorry about is the fortnight in between. Telling you delivery was 2–4 days away when we couldn't actually verify that, and leaving you without a tracking number for that long, wasn't good enough — you deserved a straight answer much earlier, even if that answer was "we don't know yet."
We can't always control what happens once a parcel is with the carrier, but we can control how honestly we keep you informed, and we fell short there. We're changing how we handle stalled tracking so customers hear from us before they have to chase.

It is so easy to use. Put my veg in the mason jar, wipe the seal clean and dry. Place the lid on, place the sealer on, push the button and let it do it's thing.

Great products. Amazing customer service!
The product I had ordered was out of stock, but I was advised of this straight away and not by an automated email. The continued communications I received were personalised and from the company and not a computer. The customer service was amazing, quick and very friendly. The issue was resolved in a matter of 24hrs.. probably less. I received regular updates throughout this process and then, within 24hrs of being resolved, the package was waiting on my doorstep! I don't even know how that was physically possible, but it happened!
From ordering late on the 30 May. I was advised of the issue the following day. On the 1 June, it was resolved and on the 2 June, I received the items. Less than 4 days in total.
Australian company. Absolutely amazing customer service. Very responsive and great communications. Fantastic product (TAPO cameras) at really great prices.
Definitely recommend and will definitely buy from them again.
