I emailed Sunnylife to say that the product I ordered it was faulty. Didn’t wait long and I got email back saying that I can choose to have a refund or replacement. I chose to have a replacement and also asked if I could add something else to avoid paying for the postage so they were very happy to add more products to my replacement items without paying for the postage. Thank you !

Not usually one to write negative feedback. I wanted to exchange a product with a different selection 5 minutes after order. They can’t chnage the order or won’t contact their fulfilment on your behalf . If you want to exchange they don’t take responsibility and don’t offer a free exchange. Lovely products horrible customer service. Please beware when ordering. For expensive products you would think this is something taken into consideration

What impressed me even more was the exceptional customer service. When I contacted the team regarding an issue with the cover, they responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. The replacement process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to help.
It’s rare to find a company that combines such gorgeous products with such outstanding after-sales support.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers or trying to make things right. They also don’t honor free returns, you must ship them back with tracking service, which is incredibly expensive. I hate to see what would happen if you didn’t send it back with tracking service, they probably would claim that they never received anything and take your money. This company is that bad. Definitely give your business to a company that values customers and customer service.

This company has zero costumer service…
This company has zero costumer service - my order was delivered incomplete (an expensive item in the order was missing although my credit card was charged). I contacted the company by email at first; I sent 3-emails and I did not get a response - then I called their number 2 times at different times, left messages - nobody responds or get back.
I had to call my credit card and reported fraudulent.
Do not buy from this rogue company - if you have to return or missing something you are on your own.
This company needs to be reported.

Problème de livraison avec Chronopost…
Problème de livraison avec Chronopost qui a perdu mon colis puis l'a déclaré livré depuis une semaine alors que je n'ai jamais rien reçu, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu très vite et à chaque fois. Au final ils m'ont renvoyé ma bouée... en espérant que cette fois-ci elle arrive bien chez moi!
