I ordered two float loungers and they arrived quickly. One wasn’t holding air properly, so I emailed SunnyLife about the problem yesterday afternoon. I woke up today to an order confirmation for a replacement float, no additional questions asked. That was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Super impressed.

We love the loungers for our pool in Italy.
Last year we already bought 2 of them, This spring we ordered 2 more!
Several of our friends bought product as well and all enjoy them a lot.
Looking forward to our next summer holiday with these great loungers!

I ordered my first Ratan Rafts from Sunnylife and had an issue with one of the inserts. The team from SunnyLife was so quick in responding and solving my issue. The products are the best quality and I will come back for additional items just due to the fact that the customer service was top notch along with the highest quality pool raft I have ever bought. Really easy to use website and great priced products. Bought my daughter a range of bits for holiday and she was delighted to open the box. Had an issue with one item not arriving but Lene in the customer service team sorted it with 24 hrs, super friendly and great service, will defo be ordering again.

Got my grandson the van bed. He loved it and wanted to sleep in it right away. The was great but the mattress wouldn’t stay up. Wrote to the company and they took care of the problem right away. Great customer service. My grandson can’t wait for a sleepover.

Customer service was above and beyond! Replies were prompt and staff were so helpful when we advised of a faulty swim float.
The swim floats themselves are adorable and our baby loves his crocodile float!

Sunnylife have been amazing. I contacted them as my product was faulty via email on a Sunday. when we used this for the 1st time .The speed of response was excellent, they responded and offered options .I received a replacement 2 days later on the Tuesday. I love the products and your service is excellent. I recommend and will use again.

I ordered a cabana from Sunnylife for a Christmas present, I had some issues with the delivery company and it wasn't abled to be delivered, unfortunately they automatically returned to sender rather than redelivering. I contacted Sunnylife and without hesitation they offered to refund my order once they received it back to the warehouse. This was really fantastic service and took a a lot of stress away for me. Super grateful for the amazing team.

My return parcel never arrived at Sunnylife and was lost in the mail, leaving me heavily out of pocket. Although this was the responsibility of Au Post, Alvin and the team at Sunnylife checked in with me consistently and went above and beyond to help to rectify the situation. We absolutely love our Sunnylife swim vest. Our toddler is obsessed with it, and the little whale tail is beyond cute. The color is bright and cheerful, which also makes it easy to spot her in the water, so it feels both adorable and safe. We’ve used it in pools and in the ocean, and it’s given us so much peace of mind as she’s learning to swim. On top of that, their customer support has been wonderful- so responsive and helpful, which makes us feel even better about the brand. We would happily buy this again and recommend it to other families.

Sunnylife is a wonderful and loyal company who respond to inquires and concern quickly and fairly. There products are colorful and joyful and have brought so much fun to each Christmas, especially magically times in the pool with their pool floats.
