Don’t buy - absolute trash
Was gifted these by my mum who couldn’t get them to work. I truly don’t know how they are still getting sales on these. I really wanted to love them so have tried MANY times to make it work but each time results in me having to wash the same dishes multiple times.
Dishes somehow come out smelling worse than they did when they went in, even though they’re rinsed. Glass, metal and plastic are completely stained. For the first time ever our Dishwasher was leaking foam all over the floor. I’ve experimented with different dosages and placements other than what’s suggested in the instructions - we also have a top of the range dishwasher.
These are just trash but my god do they have a great marketing and positive review scheme.

My experience has been very positive because Lucent Globe products are easy to use, and environmentally friendly. I love that they are trying to always improve their sustainable packaging and convenient cleaning sheets. Products generally perform well for everyday use. Prompt delivery and customer service was exceptional.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these! Strawberries and cream are my favourite! I have about 10 boxes in stock atm in my laundry 😂aswell as some pina colada! Would love a tropical sangria one 🙌🏻 and I have about 5 boxes of the dishwasher sheets 👍

Product was so heavily scented
Product was so heavily scented. I couldn’t even bring it into my home. Tried to return. I have to ship back at my own cost after paying $32 of duty to bring it into my country as well as paying for it. There is no other option for return other than investing more money. This product is unacceptable and toxic in smell.

Great customer service, particularly from Mel, when my order was delivered to the wrong address.
I contacted Aramex - the delivery service with photos of my front entry (where the parcel was supposed to be delivered) and this did not match the photo of the front door where it was delivered.
I still haven't heard back from Aramex.
I notified Lucent Globe of the failed delivery, and they offered a refund or to resend my order at no cost straight away. Fast efficient service from Mel, quick replies to solve the problem.

I received my parcel quickly after ordering and when notified of a missing item Stella was very prompt and friendly responding and having the item posted out the same day. Great service.

I have just received my first parcel…
I have just received my first parcel from these guys and I cannot wait to have the whole house cleaned with natural and “clean” products. I decided to go with The Everything Bundle and all of their products are full sized and smell so fresh. Their free gifts are such good value also. I had been in contact with Mel, their customer service member in regards to an address issue I had made, and she was second to none with her help!! Cannot recommend this team and their products enough.

These laundry sheets work really well
These laundry sheets work really well, leaving the clothes with a clean scent and have minimal waste. just pull a sheet out and pop it into the laundry. Stella was a gem and helped me through the entire ordering process. I would def purchase these in the future.

Product lasts longer than expected
Unless your clothes tend to get very dirty, the product can last longer than expected. The subscription service doesn't give you a heads up when your next shipment has been initiated and once the process has started the order can't be modified. Be sure to keep track of your subcription date or else you'll end up with more product than you need.

This cleans amazingly
This cleans amazingly! The no chemicals is a win win. I love love the smell of the laundry detergent. It has a refreshing smell. My kids kept sniffing their clothes. 10/10 recommend.
