Chinese made crap. Spend half the money and buy Aussie stuff at Cole’s

I bought from them and I am extremely happy with the products. The problem
Is that when I bought the products, unknowingly I was buying a subscription for the amount of products I was buying.

So basically my subscription was a 3 month buying plan for washing machine products, which at every 3 months it buys the same amount… 2 years of cleaning products !!!

I think the products are amazing, the problem is the options and discounts that are given once one buys the subscription method. Doesn’t make much sense but as a human being I admit it was my mistake.

However, since I did not notice my mistake, I rejected the 2nd batch of products that were already being sent to me, and I wanted a refund for the products that I never got. It’s a 87,45€ refund that is taking now 3 months to get settled.

Customer service seems also unresponsive. If you buy from them, make sure you make it right !!!

I can't cancel the subscription!!!!!!!!! Average product that I tried, no longer want to subscribe!!!! HELP is not answering me!

Still waiting on an order from a month ago. Communication from customer service is poor and very slow, they finally replied to my 3rd email. Suggesting I pay another shipping fee otherwise I might receive my order over 2mth after my purchase date.
Not able to sample or comment on product yet, maybe in a couple of months.

Just skip this brand for something better. Not worth it.

Bought it at Coles a few weeks ago, though, to give it a try, as it says it's ultra-concentrated, with no harsh chemicals and so on. One of the worst products I have used. It's not washing away any greasy stains from kitchen items. It leaves marks on glasses and cutlery that you need to rinse again.

I recently purchased the “Everything Bundle” from Lucent Globe for my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Moving into a new place comes with a long checklist, and this bundle truly had all the necessary cleaning supplies to get started right away.
Every product works incredibly well and leaves my home looking and feeling spotless. From kitchen surfaces to bathrooms and floors, everything cleans effectively without needing multiple passes. The quality is excellent, and the bundle is very affordable, especially considering the variety of products included.
On top of that, the delivery was fast and hassle-free.
If you’re moving into a new home or simply want a complete, reliable cleaning set, I highly recommend Lucent Globe’s Everything Bundle. It made the entire process so much easier for me.

I washed my sister's dairy clothes ( covered in cow shit). I did use two sheets and one softener. Clothes came out clean and fresh, no smells, which some other laundry detergents leave residue smells. My sis was very pleased with. My other sister washed her old towels and was very please when they came up, cleaner and softer than ever.

I have just discovered that Lucent Globe products contain plastic: “Polyvinyl Alcohol” it is listed as the second ingredient which I believe means it is the second most used ingredient in the product. I am very disappointed as I feel the marketing to be misleading regarding natural ingredients and lack of plastic used in the packaging. I don’t want any plastic on my food or clothing regardless of how safe the company might claim said plastic to be. Will not be buying again😢

The sheets are small and compact but work amazingly well. I use them at my college because they take up less space and are way cheaper than liquid deturgant. They are also 100% less messy than liquid and you dont have to worry about spilling. The only thing you need to worry about with these sheets is getting them wet because then they disolve into deturgant so keep them dry before you want to use them. 10/10

Was skeptical about dishwashing sheets but was pleasantly surprised, Will contine to order and recommend.

Used dishwashing sheets with a light load of a couple of plates a a couple of coffee mugs and some cutlery with a super wash but it didn’t do a good job. All dishes were left with food stains and some sand-like residue. Definitely didn’t meet the marketed expectations.

I was very excited to get the full bundle and I could not be more disappointed.
The product doesn’t work, hand soap is seriously the worst product, when you search for the content it is actually not as natural as they are claiming.
Dishwashing sheets absolutely useless, laundry sheets don’t wash and the clothing smells like it was only was in the water. Waste of money to be honest.

Upon arrival the dishwashing booster had exploded all through the box of goods. It was terrible to clean up. Then after one day the multipurpose bottle just stopped working. Thus far I would not recommend this product. Love the concept and the concept is clearly getting them sales but the products are less than desirable. Save your money

I ordered the bundle to try - they were okay but sadly didn't clean as well as I wanted it to. No bother, worth a try, used all the products up. A few months later I get a $150 charge on my card - no warning email, no verification check, seems I was locked in a subscription and didn't realize. I emailed immediately saying I didn't realize I was subscribed and I don't want to waste the products so can they cancel the order? They said no. I said well I don't to spend another 3 months using up products so can I return the package? They said I had to pay return shipping and won't get a refund on the original shipping. Annoying but fine, whatever. The second I got the parcel, I gave it right back to Auspost, paid the stupid $15 shipping and never opened the package. That was 22nd Dec - now it is 30th Jan, over a month later. A month without $150 in the bank during the most expensive time of the year i'll add. I get an email today saying they received the return but "two of the boxes were returned damaged, therefore we had to deduct their price from your return credit".
Well I didn't even open the package, who is to say they weren't damaged when the package got to me? That's what I replied and they said "that any damaged products fall on the responsibility of the customer... if you have an image of how you received or returned the order back to us, this would help". Why would I have taken a photo? I didn't expect to feel scammed. I was already annoyed I had to pay $15 for the shipping. Well I replied in a nice manner expressing my annoyance and no I didn't take a photo but it was in the original packaging unopened. This is what I get "we can only review returns as received unless you have photos showing the package condition before shipping. Please share any if available.". So nice signoff this time. So that's it? I get a $150 charge that I didn't authorise and all of a sudden a damaged parcel is my fault and I'm out of pocket.
I liked this company, it seemed real and had a true mission. But once again, I feel like i'm getting scammed by a company.
I feel like the products are still worth a try if you're curious - just didn't give me that sparkley, clean feeling I like. If i'm putting the effort in, I want a nice smell, I was everything shiny. So if you're going to order, by god, triple check you didn't subscribe because they will make sure you don't it back.
Just a reminder that a company with a mission is still a company....

Immediately turned off of this company and product after I purchased one set of dishwasher and laundry sheets, as I wanted to try them and was deceptively signed up to a recurring subscription.

Any company that does not have recurring subscription as an explicit opt in is functioning on a deceptive business model.

I would also be skeptical of how 'eco friendly' the products are without a life cycle assessment for energy costs being shown on the website.

Doesn't clean. Its like a water wash. I used 3 sheets the next round and clothes still came back with marks on them. Bummer because I like the idea being environmentally friendly day, but they are extremely exaggerating how good their product is. It's not good and they should get back to the drawing board but they are obviously spending all their dollars on marketing.

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

I appreciate the sustainable ethos this business presents. In my experience, their dishwashing sheets work very well—more effectively than their laundry sheets—but that’s beside the point here.

The issue is that the website nudges customers into a subscription in a way that isn’t clear.

I realised this after placing my first order, when I was unexpectedly charged and sent another package a few months later. That’s when I discovered I had been enrolled in a subscription.

I never had an account with them in the first place and Voilá I magically have an account now !

After following up (as I didn’t receive a prompt response), I was told that $9 would be deducted from my refund for dispatch costs. I also wasn’t provided with a return shipping label, meaning I had to pay an additional $15 out of pocket to send the item back.

Given their high-energy, high-volume marketing presence, this experience has made me question whether the brand’s sustainability messaging is genuine, or whether it leans more toward greenwashing driven by profit.

The excessive suds from the dishwasher sheets caused the dishwasher to leak as the machine could not be drained. Because of this my kitchen floor boards have lifted and now need replacing.
I have had a technician come out and confirm it is the dishwasher sheets causing my dishwasher to leak.

Dishwashing sheets are fabulous for saving me a slimy mess in the cupboard, too much or not enough used for the wash size, and amazing for camping too where storage is priority. Thank you

I really had high hopes that the dishwasher sheets would work, based on the Lucent Company blurb (great cleaning, no harsh chemicals, no plastics, easy storage etc).

I bought one pack and tried a sheet, which seemed to clean and rinse fine. So I bought five more packets from Woolworths when they were half price. I already had a ton of my favourite tablet brand, Fairy, so I continued to use the Fairy tablets up till they were gone and then started to use the Lucent sheets full time.

However, after a couple of washes, I noticed many brown streaks occurring on my cups and saucers, in fact anything that had made contact with tea or coffee such as teaspoons. These streaks are very hard to get off, necessitating hand washing, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher.

In addition, our griller and pots were left with bits of meat and other residue on them using these sheets, which required laborious hand washing also.

I also noticed a lot of suds laying on the bottom of the dishwasher after each wash, which has never occurred when using Fairy or Finish tablets. This in itself is a big problem as the dishwasher can't drain properly and eventually would cause pump failure due to running dry.

There is a risk to the hygiene and cleanliness of dishwashers using these sheets as well, not to mention leaking and seal damage as reported by other reviewers on here.

I am using a high quality Fisher and Paykel dishwasher and have NEVER had any of these problems before while using Fairy or Finish tablets as all dishes and glasses were left gleaming and squeaky clean while pots and pans were scrubbed spotless even better than hand washing and no suds to be seen at the end of the wash cycles.

Unfortunately the Lucent dishwasher sheets don't even come close to the results obtained with Fairy or Finish tablets.

I've tried many dishwasher detergents over the years but this is the first one where the dishes come out dirtier than when they went in. You can try all the different methods of loading the dishwasher, cleaning the dishes before putting them in the machine, different cycles till you're blue in the face. You'll still finish with the same slimy and baked on residue and brown streaks all over your dishes and cups.

I've seen a few reviews where they say Fisher and Paykel have decreed that these sheets NOT be used in their dishwashers due to the damage they cause and that the sheet packets carry a warning not to be used in Fisher and Paykel appliances. Fisher and Paykel may indeed have warned their customers not to use the sheets, however there is nothing on the sheet packaging that reflects this. All it says on the pack is that they are compatible with ALL dishwashers.

I would highly discourage the use of these sheets in ANY dishwasher, not only due to their ineffectiveness at cleaning but the probable expensive damage they may cause to your machine's seals and pump.

In order to get rid of them I tried chucking a couple in a toilet pan to soak and see if they could remove dirty stains from there but alas, no dice, just as useless as dish washing.

Take no notice of the plethora of five star reviews on this and other review sites. They are obviously submitted by bots or AI. No-one who has actually used these sheets could possibly be satisfied with their non-performance and these Chinese made sheets really should be withdrawn from sale.

So now I'm stuck with five and a bit packs of these useless rubbish Lucent Globe dishwasher sheets.

Oh well, live and learn and back to Fairy!
