Had a great experience with the GigRadar support team - my request was resolved quickly and professionally. What stood out was the founder, Vadym, personally reaching out to make sure everything was working smoothly. A brilliant example of how to treat clients and build a product people trust.

I’ve tested a lot of Upwork lead gen systems, and GigRadar is one of the few that actually delivers on volume + efficiency.

The biggest win for us was speed. Being able to submit high-quality, personalized proposals within minutes of a job going live is a massive edge. Before, we were late to most opportunities. Now we’re consistently early and it shows in reply rates.

Setup does take a bit of thinking upfront (although Olena from success team was insanely helpful), especially defining your ICP and training the system properly. But once it’s dialed in, it runs very smoothly and saves a ton of manual work.

We’ve seen a clear increase in inbound leads and conversations, while reducing time spent on bidding. It’s not magic, you still need a strong offer and sales process, but as a lead generation engine it’s extremely effective.

Support has also been solid and responsive whenever we needed help.

If Upwork is a serious acquisition channel for you, this is a no-brainer tool to test.

The fact that they do not have a pricing page tells a lot.

You SHOULD ALWAYS ask for a discount. And when you get one, ask more. The initial pricing they'll be offering you would be an overprice right away.

Gigradar removed all the headache of applying to jobs from my head! now instead of spending 1-2 hours a day applying to jobs, Gigradar does this to me automatically. Also, their support team, especially Viktor Ostashevskyi are very supportive, they answered all my questions and helped me get the best of the tool! I recommend it to anyone who wants to automate applying to Upwork Jobs!

For over 3 years, GigRadar has been - and still is - my #1 tool for lead generation. I’ve tried different approaches, but only their system has proven to be effective while not taking too much time to configure and maintain. I also love the AI feature that understands whether a job is a good fit for me - it works very well in most cases, saving me a good amount of money that I would otherwise waste on unqualified leads. Another thing I appreciate about GigRadar is their support, which is everything you could wish for - actually helpful and really fast.

Consistent lead flow, great tool to adjust to our needs. We've switched from writing proposals to managing what kind of leads we want now. Not a plug-and-play solution; you have to apply thought to your proposal structure — but once you're done with the setup — it becomes a "turn on leads" button.

Gigradar is a great product, very helpful in navigating Upwork, has it's own tutorials to get you going easily and Sviat was great in explaining the main features to be able to make a decision.
