I recently passed my level 3 IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship with Raouf Nobeebux with a Distinction!

Ginger Nut was great for quick contact, resources and support alongside Raouf my tutor who helped me One to One a lot in understanding and getting rough it.

Both him and GNT were great for remote learning I would recommend.

Also shout out to Verity White
her administration skills and getting stuff rolling and finding out results asap were amazing and much appreciated.

My experience with Gingernut training so far has been amazing. If I ever have a question or feel overwhelmed with my workload I have been set, their amazing team will respond to my emails in the matter of hours!

They make you feel heard and help you find your learning style and will apply this to how they set your work and all your webinars. There is always something new to learn.

My Tutor was Zoe and was always so attentive whenever I had any concerns or wasn't sure about an assessment. She was so patient and i could not have done it without her!

My only feedback for the course itself rather than the Tutor would be the assignment briefs I felt could have contained more detail and guidance on what is required in the assessment.

I cannot sing the praises of Ginger Nut, and more specifically my tutor, Nick, enough. I have had a flawless and fruitful experience as an apprentice under Nick’s tuition and achieved fantastic, distinction-level results. Ginger Nut and Nick supported me through my early career, illness, everything right the way up to my assessment and results. Thank you Nick and thank you Ginger Nut.

I had a great experience throughout my apprenticeship and I’m really grateful for the support I received. I have just completed my Level 4 Software Developer course and have come away with a Distinction. The Ginger Nut team has made this entirely possible and couldn't be done without the support of my Tutor Jeraldine and EPA advisor Raouf who have been excellent throughout. They ensured I understood the content and how it related to my workplace, the EPA process was well structured and supported.

I have recently completed my Level 3 Team Leader course, my tutor Nick was really helpful throughout the course and his enthusiasm made every learning session informative and fun!

Raouf is the absolute gold standard for how a tutor should be. He has a refreshing, no-nonsense style that focuses on exactly what you need to know. He is particularly skilled at showing how the material relates to your specific job role; this makes the learning process feel practical and immediately useful.

I completed the ICT Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship with GingerNut. My tutor was Ben who is a really helpful, patient and kind tutor who helped build my confidence and knowledge in preparation for my EPA. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had a great experience and learnt a lot, mainly due to my tutor Nick who was amazing! I developed new skills and achieved a distinction in the end, which I believe I wouldn't be able to do without the support and teaching from Ginger Nut Training. The systems are easy to use and track your progress too!

I've really enjoyed my Level 3 Events apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training. The content covered is really interesting and I like how much I'm encouraged to link back to the work I do in my day to day role. My tutor, Peter, is also excellent and I always feel I can go to him with an issues I may have, or just to have a chat about anything I'm unsure of. The feedback provided is also very useful and I really feel that he's routing for me to do well!

Communication is key and Ginger Nut are very good at it!
Plenty of help is on offer and although the emails and information can feel a little overwhelming at first, you soon get into the hang of dealing with it. The only barrier is your own motivation, but that's part of distance learning; as long as your employer gives you the time to learn and a place where you won't be disturbed, then it shouldn't be a problem.

I am currently doing a Level 3 Events Assistant apprenticeship, and it has been amazing. I have learnt so much about different types of events that my company doesn't provide, and it has given me more confidence to take on more responsibility within my job role.

My only downside is that I have to change tutors twice due to different circumstances; however, the transitions have been smooth.
