I recently achieved a Distinction in the Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship and would like to thank my tutor Steve, and the whole team at Ginger Nut, for the faultless commitment and support that has been delivered throughout the entire apprenticeship process. An excellent experience with an excellent team of people - defintely recommend.

I really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with Ginger Nut, I learned a lot and it helped me get a job. My tutor Danielle Short was a good teacher and supportive.

My tutor had a wealth of knowledge that he was able to related to me in an easy to understand manner. I changed trainers a little way into the Apprenticeship and this caused a few issues later on as I had not been instructed correctly on how to fill out my timesheets and learning journal entries. This lead to a lot of reworking which my second tutor was extremely helpful with.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding support Zoe has provided throughout my apprenticeship. I know I can be a difficult learner at times, but Zoe made the entire experience far easier and more positive.
She consistently showed patience, understanding, and a real ability to adapt her teaching approach so that I could engage and make progress.

Her willingness to adjust her methods to support my dyslexia made a significant difference. Zoe ensured that materials, explanations, and expectations were clear and accessible, creating an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking help when I needed it.

Zoe’s professionalism, empathy, and commitment to my development have been exceptional. I am genuinely grateful for her guidance and the effort she put into helping me succeed.

I also want to acknowledge that the course itself was not well set up for my role as a Personal Assistant. This made it very difficult for me to relate my day-to-day responsibilities to the project management elements of the apprenticeship. Despite this challenge, Zoe worked with me to interpret the criteria in ways that made sense for my role, helping me find relevant examples and making the learning far more manageable than it would have otherwise been.

I studied Business Administration Level 3 as an Apprentice at LJMU. I really enjoyed learning all about how I could develop my skills during the apprenticeship online sessions! I felt they were really helpful, engaging and interactive. During the lead up to my exams, my tutor, Danielle Short was extremely helpful and I felt like I could communicate any concerns or queries at any point with her. It was really great to receive feedback after every assignment, and it allowed me to really grow and learn in all areas. Due to the help, support, and preparation from Danielle, especially during the lead up to my project completion and exam, I was able to achieve a Distinction in Business Administration Level 3, which I felt very proud of. Throughout my course I have been provided with continuous support from my Tutor Danielle. Without her consistency and generosity I would have not been able to complete it!!

I completed the Cyber Security Technician Level 3 apprenticeship with Ginger Nut as my training provider.
Before this apprenticeship my career prospects were pretty dim as a late-20s guy working in a call center. Now, I'm employed as a cybersecurity analyst full-time, and have some hope that I can be successful in this career.
I was able to pass with a distinction, mainly due to my tutor Ben who supported me all the way. I owe a lot to Ben who always had faith in me and supported me through the OTJ and assignments.
While I don't know what the future holds, I'm happy to be working in tech and grateful to Ginger Nut for helping me with my change of career direction.

I had a lovely experience with Gingernut Training. They had regular webinars for you to attend which were really helpful and key to your development. The one to ones with your tutor are also really helpful and well organised. My tutor Zoe was so lovely and always willing to help! Thank you Zoe!

I had a lot of support from Steve throughout the apprenticeship and learnt a load over the course of the time and achieved a distinction due to the help of Steve always providing support and learning. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using this provider.

Gingernut have been supportive and throughout both apprenticeships I have completed. There is a wide range of resources available to deepen knowledge and the tutors are all so helpful.

Ginger Nut are on top of their game! They are prompt in all aspects of communication. I am enrolled on Customer Service Specialist L3 with Ginger Nut and I have really enjoyed and taken lots from their group sessions and 1 to 1 lessons.
Would highly recommend.

I have learnt many new skills and acquired a vast amount of knowledge whilst studying towards gaining a qualification as an 'Events Assistant' at Ginger Nut.

My tutor, Aime Reynolds, has been huge part of my this process and my overall learning. Aime has always afforded me her time and dedicated herself to ensure I have all the tools needed to complete my apprenticeship. Her group tutoring sessions are always engaging, fun and informative.

Aime's influence on my learning cannot be overstated and Ginger Nut as a whole have always offered the required support to me throughout my apprenticeship. I would highly recommend them.

A very supportive and well thought out Apprenticeship

Having just passed my apprenticeship I would like to thank my tutor Nick Fish for all his help and support which enabled this to happen. He was patient and always ready to explain things in detail when needed.

Exceptional personal support for learning, Steve Stocks in particular is an outstanding tutor who undoubtably goes the extra mile for his learners.

Great understanding and support for personal circumstances (personally had an extension of my course due to having ADHD).

Passed my exams with flying colours and two distinctions on a level 3 course.

Having recently completed an apprenticeship in Data Analytics with Ginger Nut Training gaining a distinction I'd like to express my thanks to both my tutor Raouf and GNT. From the outset Raouf was very supportive, patient and incredibly flexible in my learning journey, allowing me to work at my strengths and interests, at my own pace. An excellent communicator and motivator, I couldn't have achieved this without his tireless energy and enthusiasm that was consistent through the duration of the course.

The program itself was very well structured with interactive tutorial sessions and additional learning resources to complement and enhance the educational experience throughout the apprenticeship. I've enjoyed working through both the individual learning stream and group teaching, giving me a fuller understanding of Data Analysis and Data Science.

Thanks to the support of Nick Fish at Ginger Nut, I recently passed my apprenticeship with a distinction. His calm, clear and consistent approach ensured that each topic was delivered to a high standard, which in turn has helped my development in my current role. I am very grateful for all of the help and guidance.
