First time I ordered shoes from here and I was a little concerned about how they would come out. I ordered a lavender color to go with a lavender dress that I wore for a garden wedding. The shoes look beautiful and have a soft buttery leather that is so comfortable. I wore the shoes comfortably for many hours and got several compliments on them . There is a lot of value for the money here!

The shoes are superbly hand crafted and you'll see no one else with a pair of shoes on like these.
I hope to buy another in a different color. This Penny Loafer has a look and style unlike any others I've seen. I will be purchasing more, now that I'm hooked on your style.

The first pair was delivered on time but I’m still waiting for the second pair
Each time I phone or email they tell me it’s delayed in production . At the outset I was told it will be two weeks but that had now well passed .
Very poor communication by the company and I’m very disappointed and annoyed

I received custom-made boots with the wrong calf width twice – despite providing clear specifications. After my second complaint, customer service only responded until I returned the boots. After that: complete silence. Not even a threat to involve the consumer protection agency prompted a reply.

NO REFUND: 300 € simply gone!

The supposedly “Italian” shoes are actually made in Bulgaria – just like the owner. Anyone who thinks they’re buying Italian quality here is being misled. It’s worth checking the legal notice and the terms & conditions!

GIROTTI systematically deletes negative reviews from their own website. Stay far away from this shop!

The quality is great; my only challenge is that the turnaround time from the order date to delivery takes too long.

The delivery time of 4 weeks was too long. You promised 10-14 day’s delivery time.

never knew the shoe has to be made after the order is placed, i thought it will be taken out of the inventory they already have, i was a bit worried it will not meet the occasion i wanted it for but it did,

Look great, fit fine. Shipping took longer than promised but the event for which I ordered isn’t until November. If I needed something right away, would go to a Nordstrom shoe department.

This shoes look nothing like what was advertised! They look like a knockoff! The material so substandard for a £400 shoe. Wore them the first day and they were literally wrinkled!

I ordered a pair of shoes, and when I received them, they were too small and very uncomfortable. I notified the company, and they required that I send photos of the soles via email to prove I had not worn them. I explained I am a senior citizen and did not know how to do this. I suggested they provide a cell number, and I could send the photos. They would not do that. I again suggested that I could send the shoes back at my expense. They refused that also. I finally gave up and now own an expensive pair of shoes that I can not wear. I do not recommend buying from this company

I ordered shoes on May 11th. I never received them. After waiting for 2 weeks, I requested an update from their Customer Service. They said that shipment would
Be at the beginning of week 3. At the end of week 3, I reached out again and they said there was some production delay on the shoes I ordered without further detail or explanation. I responded by saying that if there was no progress by week 4, I would cancel. They cancelled yesterday, telling me that I would be re-imbursed within 2 weeks and inviting to shop with them again. Their shoes look really nice but if they. And handle e-commerce properly, they shouldn’t be doing it.
