Glapp – Smart GLP-1 App Reviews 

Love this app. Also, thank you for not forcing me to put yet another app on my phone. But this really helps give clarity around my weight loss journey. Clear, easy to understand. Tahnk you for making this and making it free!

I have used many different apps similar to this during my GLP, body comp and peptide journey. A lot of mainstream and some lesser knows ones. I was recommended Glapp and I was surprised from the day I opened it. The UI is so easy and smooth, it looks good, its extremely customizable, keeps very good and very detailed track of my supply, weight changes and goals, shot records, etc. It makes charts and graphs for me to compare and see my progress side by side and gives me a little boost of proud by congratulating me when I reach a goal. On top of all that, it kept track of how much medicine was in my system at every point of the cycle and what "Phase" my body is in at that particular time in the cycle. Knowing that helps me keep track and be prepared for any possible side effects or mood changes that usually happen during that pphase. It always has suggestions to help with those effects and the longer you use it, the more info you record in it, the more it can help you and the more detailed it will get based on you, your body and how your body responds. Its also great that they have a wisdom sections where you can ask questions and it will scan scientific studies, community threads, etc. And give you answers.
I cant speak highly enough about this app. It has been a game changer and it definitely upped my game in my journey.
If you've been looking for an app to help you, teach you, keep things organized, make the journey more enjoyable, etc., stop looking, download Glapp. You wont regret it. You wont find a better app. You wont even feel the need to look for any other app. Glapp has met and exceeded my expectations and gave me tools that I didnt even think about but have been beyond amazing to have.

I tried a couple of other tracking apps before I came across this one on Reddit. It is high quality and free. How does that work? I'm not sure, but I appreciate it.

Great app, provides helpful tracking resources for my glp1 journey, with more features than another popular app I had used with a subscription fee. I can now access more features for free .

I love this app, I downloaded it week before first shot, so it thinks I’m on 2nd week instead of first, the only glitch I could adjust. Can’t go back to addvto past day, otherwise great list of managing symptoms and measuring half life cycle to understand sweet spot between food noise, wt loss, neg symptom and dose

Glapp is a great app and I can’t believe it’s free. It has so many features that I would only expect in a paid app. I have not experienced any bugs while using it. I love all the different features but my favorite so far is the daily phase descriptions and the vial/shot tracker. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks so the trends and insights are still developing but I’m sure that will become more helpful the longer I’m on tirzepatide and using the app. I don’t know what I would do without it!

The BEST free app for GLP-1 tracking. Straightforward to use. Amongst other things it tracks shot location, weight loss which is extremely useful. It provides detailed information on body phases and a weekly report. Very glad I found this app and can highly recommend it.

Honestly it's great and it's something I would actually pay for. The thing is, that it's free! I'm new to the journey and the shot cycles and what to expect were extremely accurate.
