My name is John, Catherine is the name of the person I had the glasses shipped to, knowing I would be there around the time they were first scheduled to arrive. Immediately upon putting them on I knew they were 'the best pair yet'. I've only started wearing glasses for about 4 years, primarily while doing computer work (I turned 73 April 5th). I put them on and haven't taken them off... the prescription, perfect, comfort of the frames, amazing, in other words... a job well done (I'd take my hat off to you, but I'm not wearing one). I must also comment on the gentleman that helped me with may order... great person, perfect in every way. I realize the Dr. who provided the prescription played a huge role in this over all success, she was with LensCrafters. I would have gotten the exact same lenses and frames, but they wanted to charge me $1,140.00 more, in addition to my $500.00 insurance deduction. Crazy right.

Horrible website. You waste hours as you cannot filter by eyewear sizes and measurements. Yo find one that may fit, and then the lens choices are a joke. 5 kinds of blut filter that I don't even want. I want high index. The only reason I tried it is because of my crappy insurance, Eyemed. If you do order, then they jack up the costs.

Ordering a mine was super simple. The rebate was also an added benefit. I was able to stack rewards using Capital One shopping and an additional rebate through my AMEX card. So all included to purchase almost paid for itself. Was able to come into a LensCrafters to get glasses adjusted at no cost. Everything's worked out very smoothly.

I ordered a pair of glasses and all that arrived was empty box with no glasses in it. 2 sheets of paper (Lens Dispenser Information & Lab Info Sheet) in a plastic bag, NO GLASSES.

I love my new glasses! Customer service was really helpful when my shipment was delayed. The only thing is that my package wasn’t cushioned very well.

Ordering prescription glasses was very easy and considerably less expensive than purchasing the same frame/lens from a retail store. My health insurance provider suggested I try Glasses.com. Glad I did!

The lenses popped out of the frame after about two weeks.

The process took a long time. The frames were darker than pictured and more flimsey. The prescription is perfect and I see well but need to get them more fitted to my face
