Glasses Outlet Reviews

Excellent service. I'm so happy to have new lenses fitted into my favourite glasses and so much cheaper than I was quoted at Vision express. Thank you

Easy to order. Quick turnaround. They reused my frames, when they were returned they were adjusted and felt like new frames. They kept me informed at all stages of the service. Will definitely use again.

Superb from cost, service, quality and speed. Cost of high quality 1.74 (Hoya) lenses is cheaper than high street, service was excellent with Allan responding promptly to my questions. I got my reglazed frames in 5 working days and 2 of them were shipping.

Glasses outlet were easy to contact gave me a quote, subject my prescription and reglazed my sunglasses in a matter of days. It’s great to be able to re-use frames I like and sustainable too.

Really happy with my re-glazed sunglasses. The service was exceptional. Communication was clear and quick. Once notified they were ready to be sent back, I asked if it was possible for my glasses to be returned quicker than usual as I was going on holiday, and I received them next day by tracked delivery at no extra cost. I feel that the company, Allan and the team, went above and beyond for me. Having used my new glasses for several weeks, I am happy to give the company 5 stars and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, as well as using them again myself in the future.

Personalised service, great price and very efficient service. Very happy with the outcome of reglazing my sunglasses!

1 week turnaround. Great Price for Varifocals. Good Communication. Will use again.

My reading glasses broke so I decided to have another set of frames I already had reglazed with my prescription reader lenses. Posted the frames and my prescription off to Glasses Outlet and a week later I have my glasses back . Great service and a fantastic price.
