Glasses Outlet Reviews

As a high index wear of plus 10 they byfar exceeded my expectations. Clear and concise communication. Disscussed and helped me decide best lens type for me, and most of all i saved around £200-300 from not using the high-street.

I’m really happy with my reglazed glasses. The service was fast and delivery was good. Price is better than high street opticians but I think it would be even better if they could pay for the postage to them. Happy to recommend though! All good !

I sent my Chanel sunglasses for reglazing as I’d not been able to wear them for years due to damaged lenses. I received them back yesterday and I’m absolutely thrilled with them, they’re like brand new and I can finally wear and enjoy them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glasses Outlet. My only criticism is there’s not much communication, I had to What’s App to make sure they’d received my glasses and to find out when I’d get them back. But the responses were swift and helpful, thank you so much, I’ll be sending my prescription glasses shortly.

As on previous occasions Glasses Outlet delivered exactly as requested. Very pleased with my new lenses. Great company.

Sent 2 pairs of frames to be re-glazed and the end result was perfect.
The quality of the new lenses is excellent, the service throughout was great, the cost was very reasonable and the return of the glasses was really quick & well packaged.

Made contact with Glasses Outlet enquiring if they could re-glass my 1/2-moon prescription reading specs. Answer - "no problem!"
Outcome: Excellent! All easy to organise and job done with speed. Pricing OK. So they are very good for extending the life of your favourite and robust prescription glasses.

Very straightfoward ordering process, short delivery time and reasonable price. Well done, will come again!

Fabulous service, really pleased with my experience of Glasses Outlet, love my reglazed frames at an affordable price

Excellent! I’ve used them a few times now and never been let down. Very quick service too.

Glasses Outlet were recommended to me as being less expensive than my optician and for doing an excellent job. I sent them a pair of frames to have new lenses at my new prescription. Their quote was half the price of my opticians quote and they charged slightly under the quote. They kept me updated throughout the process, seeking clarification where needed. I am very happy to recommendand will use the again.

Absolutely fantastic serve from reaching out to delivery. Could not fault this company.

Very pleased with service and product and would recommend to anyone looking to reglaze their glasses. The cost was great too, much cheaper than buying another pair of designer frames.
