Glasses Outlet Reviews

Second time I have used GO, and again, the service was first rate and the quality of the reglaze superb. Questions / queries were answered promptly, and overall a painless experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service. Had glasses reglazed at very reasonable cost. Received glasses back one week after sending😊

I wanted to try prescription inserts for my cycling glasses and this gave an easy and cost effective way to do it. Service was great throughout from advice before, through to checking details and delivery. The end product was good quality and I’d happily recommend and use them again.

Ordered reglazing and glasses turned up in good time. Good company to deal with, very helpful. Easy to contact and speak to a real person!

2 X pairs of glasses relensed in double quick time, excellent service as last time, very professional service, company communicates promptly, and results are as good as new.

Personal service, quality product, competitive pricing and rapid turnaround.

Fantastic, speedy service. Had 2 pairs re-glazed with different prescriptions at fraction of High St cost. Lenses are of superior quality to my usual High St specs, and the prescriptions are spot on. I will use this company again. Highly recommended

Had my old glasses renewed by this company, no problems at all and at a fraction of the cost of high street opticians, thanks

Very pleased with the quality and service received. And on reasonable price

Amazing service have used twice recently and customer service was brilliant. Can't fault anything at all.

I thoroughly recommend this company. I posted my glasses second class, on a Sunday & I received them back just 11 days later with the new lenses. I was impressed with their communication too because they sent an email as soon as they received my glasses. I’m sure I will use this company again for reglazing services.

No complaints at all. Very happy with the price, communication, speed and final product. Posted my glasses on the Monday, had them back the following Wednesday. That's pretty quick, given the 2nd class delivery in each direction. Information about lens type was also clearer than many other services. Would absolutely use them again.

The glasses are very nice; I am extremely pleased to use them.

Sent my sunglasses off to Glasses Outlet to get new prescription lenses. Very straight forward. Excellent service, I received my glasses within a few days and they are like new! Thank you so much 😊 Thoroughly recommend.

I contacted Glasses Outlet after the national optitians chain told me that the "lenses for my complex prescription could not be manufactured". Glasses Outlet discussed my needs, my prescription and frames, and I received several lens options recommendations and relevant quotes.
My glasses were delivered and fit well.
Based on such good experiences, I ordered, and now received, a second pair.
I highly recommend this professional service.

Great service delighted with the varifocal lenses put into my frames would highly recommend them.

All you ask for is good service at a reasonable price, and that is what I got with my reglaze at Glasses Outlet.

Glasses Outlet provided a great service and were around to ask the many questions I had. The quality of the lenses were amazing and promptly sent back to me.

Frames reglazed with a very quick turnaround at a fraction of the High St cost! Thanks Allan, excellent job!

Excellent service. Slight problem with my prescription but quickly sorted. Good communication. Will definitely use again
