Stay far away from this place!

Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Don't be deceived by their cheap prices! Save yourself the hassle and buy your glasses from a more reputable company. Shipping is ridiculously slow, and the return process is a nightmare. I missed the 5-day return window because I was away, and now I'm stuck with an unopened box of glasses that GlassesPros refuses to take back. In this day and age, that's simply unacceptable. STAY AWAY!!!

Replying to the seller's comment: As anyone can see, their customer service only kicks in when you’re forced to complain publicly. Thanks, but no thanks. I will steer clear of this place and make sure to warn everyone I know to do the same. Remember, chasing low prices here will only lead to frustration and headaches.

I discovered GlassesPros.com approx 3 years ago after I broke the pair of glasses I purchased from my local optomistrist at retail price.

GlassesPros.com had the same frame at wholesale cost. We are talking about $23.60 vs $236 that I originally spend.

I recently had an issue with a pair of frames I purchased. Customer service response was prompt and provided me with a replacement pair of frames quickly and without issue. I highly recommend GP for your next pair of frames.

No Returns

Though their website advertises “Hassle-Free Returns” of frames as long as you start the RMA process within 5 days of receiving your order, in reality all sales are final because they don’t respond to the return requests and there is no way to contact them.

I ordered some frames on May 29, received them on June 4th, decided to return them, and opened a return request on June 6th. And, as of June 24th, I never received any response.

When you try to call them during their advertised work hours, you just get a recording telling you to open a customer service ticket on their website, which they don’t respond to.

And when you try to email them, you just get an automated response opening another customer service ticket… that they also don’t respond to.

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because I actually received what I ordered, but had I known that I wouldn’t be able to return it if I didn’t like it, I would have purchased from someone else.

Hopefully, this review will get them to respond. Otherwise, I'll have to open up a PayPal dispute, since the deadline for that is coming up fast.

DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I have been waiting over a year, yes, A YEAR for them to ship glasses for my 4 year old son. Excuse after excuse and now they won’t even respond to my inquiries of the status. They were super nice and helpful the day that I placed the order and they asked me to leave a 5 star review, which I did. That was stupid on my part because I have never experienced anything like this before and honestly still can’t believe that they operate a business like that. So, I paid for them upfront and never received the 2nd pair of glasses. They refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund also. I have screenshots of all email correspondence that I can post if anyone wants to see proof. I wouldn’t believe that someone could still be waiting on an order placed on May 22, 2023 either. Ridiculous

La pire expérience d'achat en ligne de ma vie!!
J'ai acheté début mai 2024 pour un montant total de 682$. Ensuite je reçois les lunettes début juin. Ce n'est pas la bonne monture et ni la bonne prescription de verres. Je retourne les lunettes selon leur processus de retour 2 jours plus tard soit le 4 juin et ce, a mes frais soit 23$. Ils ont reçu les lunettes le 5 juin. (Tracking number code) Mais après une multitude de courriels... Je n'ai jamais reçu de remboursement. Un total de 705$ que j'ai versé de mes poches pour un gros rien. Scam... N'achetez pas chez smartbyglass vous allez vous faire arnaquer.

Unreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising

I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

Glasses were as described... I wish they would do a better job of explaining the sizing of the eyeglasses. These frames were too small for my face and I feel a better explanation of the frame size relative to the facial dimensions would have helped me get the right frame.

Sexy red frame.

I love this glasses. The price is amazing. I originally got them in 2017 with a prescription and I paid for the frame $200. I sat on the frame and I decided to look on line and see if I can find the frames. Not only did I find it but what an amazing price.
