Glawning Reviews

Really great company :-) Love all the products we've bought from them and super fast delivery!

Great service, product was top quality, speedy delivery and great communication from the time of order to delivery.

Great experiencing after wanting one for years, couldn’t have been more accommodating with our last minute request. So helpful upon pick up too, thanks again!
Great product after using for the first time!

I was chuffed to bits with Glawning. They were really helpful with discussing what I wanted & even delayed shipping for me as I was going away. I'm also really pleased with the products I bought

Amazing customer service and super prompt responses. We needed one of Glawnings beautiful air tents for an upcoming festival. Even though they were for the most part on holiday they pulled out all the stops for us and we really felt that they were on call for any possible issues regarding putting it up or to answer any questions at all for us. Thank you to both James and Sarah. The tent / awning is everything we ever dreamed of and this one is a keeper. Thank you for designing and creating such beautiful items which will help to create many memories to come.

Excellent communication, friendly service. Part was out of stock when we ordered but we got updates all the way and it arrived earlier than expected. 10/10.

Fantastic high quality product and outstanding ongoing customer support that makes you wish all companies were like this. Very high quality product. Have gone above and beyond for us from the date of purchase to now, months down the line which is very much appreciated. Trustworthy with a great product.

Fabulous product, good customer service and care

Glawning could not have been more helpful when part of our delivery did not arrive. They arrange for us to pick up the missing item and we were very happy with the product. Great size and fabulous quality. Looking forward to many adventures.

I was a prize winner in their last competition. All I can say is that these are genuinely the best people to deal with. Whilst I didn't win one of the products - it was a stay in an Airbnb - in my experience they would be great people to deal with for an awning.

Smashing service and product, thank you.

Amazing Glawning Air - saw one at a campervan show last year and had to buy one this year! Its fabulous - 4m x 4m easy to set up and take down. Its very versatile with interchangeable panels. I have bought other items to go with it including the half moon matting which I love, and I want to get a stove next! Honestly, you could live in one of these! Great service from Glawning.com. Very happy!

I cannot recommend Glawning enough! I have owned one for years and it never fails! I put it up and down on my own and have recently bought a high connecter for my motorhome and it’s perfect! The Glawning peeps are so helpful and answer all my questions and are so friendly! If you are thinking about getting one, do it!! You won’t regret it!

Excellent customer service went above and beyond quick and informed response to all questions, got back to us with a solution. Amazing product awning goes up and comes down like a dream very good quality and looks amazing

Super friendly and supportive!
The awning is a high quality tent and of course amazing design!

Very helpful when I made the wrong purchase

Could not ask for more so welcoming and helpful, fantastic products good quality and very well thought out.
Customer service is very good I would fully recommend to anyone that is looking for a new tent that is quality and with customer service second to none .

Bought a flu connector for our stove that we have for our Glawning Air. I wasn’t sure of the size but had a fast response so that I could order. Bought a 5m Glawning in 2017 and recently bought 4m Glawning Air. Didn’t hesitate buying again from Glawning. Quality is excellent and communication is always good.

We bought our glawning 5m a number of years ago and have used it on many tryouts and in our meadow. Emailed asking for advise about cleaning and waterproofing. Emailed straight back with great advice.
Many thanks

I viewed the order at the NEC, they are beautiful awnings with a touch of universal magic and crafted for the true luxuries of camping. I incorrectly ordered. The lengths that the company went too, to stop the despatch and deal with everything. Was incredible for a small business. I could not recommend the company high enough.
