I’m very disappointed with Glitty’s MacBook leather skin. The product is defective and did not wear as advertised. I reached out multiple times for guidance or recommendations on how to fix the issue, but received no response at all.

For a premium-priced product, I expected better quality and, at minimum, basic customer support. Unfortunately, neither was delivered. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this product or company.

The wood is beautiful, but I simply cannot recommend this product. The plastic practically disintegrates the way it falls apart within a few months of normal use. Both mine and my brother’s cases have the same issue. Avoid if you don’t want to waste $119.

I am so impressed with the wooden phone, laptop and other cases made by this company. They are handmade. less expensive than any other brand I've seen, sturdy and gorgeous! The communication from these folks is so high touch. Love them. 10 stars!
