disappointed and not happy, everyone should check if the ad that is being paid for is executed in the right way/location
I purchased an advertising campaign from Global and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing.
I was very clear about the specific Tube location I wanted, and this was repeatedly confirmed to me by the salesperson. However, when the campaign went live, it was placed in a completely different area from what had been agreed.
Had I been informed that my requested location was not available, I would have chosen a different format or site.
After raising the issue, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over several months, I received no response.
Before payment, communication was excellent. Once payment was made and the issue was raised, I was effectively ignored.
Very disappointing experience for a company of this size.
