Fantastic service. Door is beautiful

The order and delivery went very smoothly. Communication with the supplier was also good. However, all the hinges are attached too low to the frame, and one of them is too close to the center of the door. This prevents precise adjustments.

The website was clear and easy to navigate. Ordering the dimensions was very straightforward forward and staff were also on hand to assist if needed.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of my made to measure composite door. Smooth order process online, delivered within 3 weeks and the price paid was outstanding for the craftmanship of the door. Really pleased with the service provided from Global Doors. The website was well set up and I was able to configure the door I wanted and was given a quote valid for 30 days there and then. Once I’d ordered my new door, I received a call within 24 hours to arrange for a home visit, which was included in the price. This was arranged around my schedule and didn’t take long for the measurements to be taken. I then received an email for me to confirm I was happy with the report provided. As soon as I confirmed, my new door went into production. Around 5 weeks later, as scheduled and date agreed, 2 lads turned up in a branded van with the company logo on their uniforms. They removed my old door and frame, installed the new and removed all mess at the back of them. There’s been a notable difference in the outside noise and temperature since the install. Very pleased with the overall experience at a good price. Will definitely use Global Doors again in the future.

Bought a new composite front door with glass side and top panels. It was easy to order online but we were also able to speak to someone by phone to answer a question we had regarding thresholds. The quotation was much less than we had had from other companies and we are very happy with the door and whole purchase experience.

Patiently responding to my queries, l was informed promptly every step.

Easy order process, delivery on time, good communication between order and delivery, and finally, the door and frame was of a really good quality. Overall very pleased, and would recommend to anyone.

Really impressed with the quality of the door. It was one of the cheaper ones I’d found online but it looks expensive in real life and was easy to fit (according to my builder). Very good value for money.

The door ordering was quick and easy. After ordering the door it came on the day promised. The door was fitted easily and all was going well until the key on the outside would not turn in the lock fully when trying to lock the door. With a lot of head scratching I noticed the top and bottom claw locks where hitting the bottom of the receiver meaning they where not fully engaging into the frame. We had to move both of the steel receivers about 10mm and make the hole behind match the new position. This solved the issue and it is now working and lookin great. Please look at your manufacturing process to ensure this does not happen. It's a tiny error but its really difficult to find with the door closed.

Getting the door was nothing but hassle!
Order was supposed to come on the original delivery date. Took day off work to be home for the delivery - and the door never arrived. When I called (30 mins before close) they said that there was an issue with the delivery process and it won’t be coming until we get a new date.
We then got given a different date, again ensured I was home to be there for the delivery, and was told the Friday before that it was now going to be delivered the following day, and not on the Monday. So again another wasted day off.
When it was eventually delivered using a courier service, the driver assumed we were in a commercial building with a forklift… we are actually a residential address! The poor driver was under so much stress to get the door delivered as he was given false information by Global Door.
Poor service. Poor communication.
The door looks okay - but as we had to cancel the door fitting TWICE it hasn’t been fitted yet, so not sure how it fits.
