The door is of excellent quality and exactly what I wanted when I chose to get a composite door. There was a wide range of styles and window choices as well as hardware ensuring that the end product was exactly as I wanted to fit with the style of my house. I’ve since seen other new composite doors and honestly the quality of this is far superior. Would 100% recommend.

The doors (front & back) seem to be excellent quality. The locks feel premium and the weight of the doors give a good impression of quality. Certainly improved the kerb appeal. Loving the colour (Smokey green Matt) and the diamond leaded panes. A small problem with the back door was very quickly resolved.

Excellent delivery service, delivered when they said. So pleased with everything about the door. Colour is fantastic!security is second to none. The door is well made can't fault them very happy customers.

We have dealt with Hallmark for over 20 Years. They have a fantastic Chap named Mark who is in charge and who has never failed to sort things out if we have a problem. Our Fitters always reckon Hallmark produce the best Composite Doors in the Business.

An absolute beautiful looking door and very solid, by Hallmark. Installed this morning by Morvern Windows and doors, St Austell, Cornwall. Immaculate job done we couldn’t be happier, super company.

Perfect main door

Hallmark composite door ordered with additional non standard colour both internally and externally. The first door had to be remade prior to delivery causing significant delay in installation. Door subsequently fitted and within a few weeks noticed a small patch on the inside that hadn’t been painted at all and 2 ‘chips’ externally along the opening side.
One a good few inches above the lock and directly where the lock fits into the keep and one much further down. Contacted installer who passed photos to Hallmark to be told that their senior management team have stated that the damage has been caused my misuse and me catching the edge with something. This is categorically not the case and the damaged edge sits proud of the slab unlike the other 3 edges. Furthermore, the rubber seal in the frame is not smooth unlike the rest and exactly aligned with the larger chip. This was an expensive door and not something that i would treat carelessly within a few weeks of installation. How a company can claim misuse by a photo is frankly ridiculous. I have referred back to my installer and will be seeking legal advice. Very disappointed as otherwise it’s a beautiful door.
