Refinance Application with Rohan Wadhwa

I have been working for a Top-up and refinance with Rohan and he has explained everything in a layman language and made the whole process very smooth. Happy and satisfied with Global financial services as always.

Rohan was very helpful with the whole process, he was patient and explained everything multiple times until we understood. He is also bilingual which was also very helpful.

Yes we got a special rate however, this was also offered to us by the bank directly. We joined Global finance after hearing so many reviews on radio but we did not find any helpful tips to clear our mortagage. I believe we were already on the right steps of clearing mortgages faster. Since we signed contrract for Global Finance services,we were not able to move out of their services. Another issue is their way to claw customers with a 15month contract when our loan was only fixed for 12month period. This would mean we will have to continue choosing them or a fee will be charged in order to end contract at end of 12month. There was also no easy way of getting approval. So many old documents was required where as when we dealt with bank directly, it was a simple process.

Meeting with Rohan, Mortgage Adviser. He was great, both on the phone as well as in person. Spent ample time explaining to us how our loan system works and giving us the opportunity to decide ourselves what option would best suit us. We found this process to be very transparent and we would like thank Global Finance for being there for us.

Rohan Wadhwa has helped us in best possible way to get a top-up in such a difficult interest rate situation as well. Best structure , interest rate and advice. Always recommended. Thank you for your services.
