For a little over 18 months, we have had the Smart Filter & Search app installed on our Shopify store. After trialing several different applications to accomplish a sleek and flexible filter & search function, we appreciated that this app had to be a part of the user experience. But what really matters is Helen and her team's great, quick response and solution to any support requests. Whether it's a little modification to improve the filter & search UX & theme, or small bugs that inevitably happen when many 3rd party apps are used together, the support's immediate reaction and continuous updates are by far the finest of any 3rd party app support with which we have a relationship. This app comes highly recommended because it's our number one third-party app as it's an integral part of our customer's user experience to assist sales.

I use the colorswatch app and its really amazing, you can change almost everything you like and if you need any help the customer service is right there for you! within 30 mins my small problem was fixed and it looked amazing on my website.

Helen and her team of developers simply provide the very best customer service that we have ever experienced on a Shopify-app. They really go above and beyond to integrate their (super helpful) app into your theme. And are very quick to respond if some small bugs still pop-up. We're using the smart filter / collection pages app and it is in general definitely a recommendation for us, we've seen an immediate uptick in conversion since we started using the app, since it's much easier to browse our collection.
