I paid for the package insurance on November 14th. They created fake tracking numbers. Using the USPS as their victim too. They lost the package. They never mailed it. One site had it coming from Ireland and another China. They returned 30 dollars, my purchase was 42.72. They took from my credit card 55.37. Emailed my account info clearly showing the package insurance. May karma find them. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. They were the second company to blame the Post Office providing fake tracking numbers. I NEVER received the merchandise.

FRAUD
I ordered a magnet game for a stocking stuffer. The order was placed at the beginning of November. It still hasn’t arrived so I reached out. They made something up about my local post office and wanted me to call them. Then they told me they called the post office and the post office sent the game back, but it wouldn’t make it to their original facility so I would have to pay again if I wanted it. I told them to just refund my money and they said they could issue a refund minus the cost of the product and the cost of shipping. Clearly I am not going to get a refund and I am not going to get what I ordered. This is just a huge scam. I am just grateful I didn’t order something more expensive.

I never received my purchase. Attempted to contact company. They did not provide a phone number, only an email. After reaching out to them they kept sending me new tracking numbers. The package never arrived.

THUSFAR I am deeply disappointed and after reading these reviews, I'm ANGRY. I ordered a great looking makeup bag on November 15th. Today is December 9th and I received an unsolicited email update saying my item has now been shipped... TO ITALY! What??? I live in FLORIDA. I emailed their Customer Support immediately and they replied quickly with an apology saying they will attempt to expedite the delivery however shipping can be delayed. NOW in reading these reviews I'm pretty depressed as I fear I will never get the item and lose my money. I'm going to see if I've already paid the credit card charge yet. If it's not yet been paid I will tell the credit card company NOT to pay them. Live and learn. Shame on me for not doing a little research before buying!

A big scam!!!! Stay away!!! I purchased an item particularly for halloween and 2 months has passed, I still don’t have the product and emailed them multiple times but they kept on saying to try and wait for the product as I may like it!!! What a piece of garbage!!! At this point Im just soooo mad that they refused to give me a refund. I dont have a use for the product anymore as halloween was long gone!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Ignored Policies and Unprofessional Customer Service

I recently placed an order with this company on November 10 and submitted a cancellation request just four minutes later—well within their stated policy that allows cancellations as long as the item has not shipped. According to their own terms, processing takes 2–7 days, meaning my cancellation should have been simple and immediate.

Instead, I was repeatedly given dismissive and irrelevant responses telling me to “be patient” because I “might like” the item. My clear cancellation request was brushed aside, ignored, and met with evasive replies. By the time they finally claimed the order had shipped, the package had actually not been mailed out until November 18—eight days after the order was placed. Had they honored my initial request, the shipment never would have occurred.

What followed only made the situation worse. When I expressed my frustration, I was once again told to wait because I “might like” the product and that I would receive “more professional after-sales help.” The irony was not lost on me. Their handling of this situation was anything but professional.

The item remains unopened, and I am returning it solely due to the company’s refusal to follow its own cancellation and processing policies. According to their return terms, the consumer is not responsible for return shipping fees when the issue is caused by the company—yet I still had to reach out to obtain basic return information, confirmation of the correct address, and a prepaid label.

This entire situation was avoidable, and it is unacceptable for a company to ignore its own written policies while dismissing legitimate customer requests. I will be seeking a full refund, including all shipping costs, and I will not be ordering from this business again.

I am posting this review so other customers are aware: if this company chooses not to honor its own policies, you may find yourself stuck with an unnecessary order, poor communication, and a frustrating return process.

Complete scam. Do NOT buy anything from this site. They do not deliver and make constant excuses. I regret purchase and lost my money. Disgusting operation. Stay away.

Repeated promises that item was on the way nothin guntil I opened a dispute with Pay Pal. Was issued a new VALID tracking number as the first one was a fake
Ordered on 10/10 ...

I ordered item over 2 months ago and haven’t received. Last tracking update was 10/21/25. They keep saying it’s coming and I don’t believe them. asked for refund and they say just wait. I’ve had it! they are scammers!

Today I tried to order the ADHD organizing book. After I put my credit card info in and pressed purchase, my credit card company sent me a fraud alert. I tried to order this book a couple weeks ago and could not then either.

I ordered a jacket from them. Didn’t arrive. Contacted them and they were so apologetic, and said they would be immediately resending the jacket. Nothing arrived, when I contacted them again, they told me it was delivered on 10/25… to check with the neighbors and the PO . Post office unable to track it because they do now show an origin Post Office for the company.

Paid for a product and never received it. Says it was shipped and then the tracking stopped. I sent several emails and they never responded.
