After being let down by another firm a few weeks into my house purchase, I approached GloverPriest after reading a few reviews on them. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. All the staff whom I dealt with were excellent - Kellie, Elizabeth and especially Cerys, who really pulled out all the stops in the days leading to exchange and completion . Hindsight is wonderful and I would have used GloverPriest for both the sale of my property as well.

Great Solicitors, super attentive and always respond in a timely manner. I have used glover priest 3 times now for conveyancing and they never disappoint. This time dealt with Sally and her team and have previously dealt with Rhys, both them and their teams are great people, this time from offer acceptance to completion a total of 8 weeks which wouldn’t of been possible without their hard work. Highly recommend and will use again!

I would not recommend this company to do any conveyancing due to the fact I used them for selling my old property and wasn’t very helpful considering I was also there client along with my ex partner. And when buying a property I had to chase them up for updates and along with that they told me I couldn’t complete if I didn’t sign and hand paperwork in for a certain date. I travelled an hour and a half to make sure they had it, just for them to tell me they couldn't even be bothered to check the mail in the morning for it to be processed. I found the women at the Stourbridge branch quite stuck up and not friendly.

Being a first time buyer, I didn't know what to do or expect. The staff explained everything clearly and provided me with frequent updates. They were quick to respond to my messages and phone calls. They made the whole experience stress free. I will recommend Glover Priest for their professional and outstanding service.

Rhys and the team were professional and timely in organising the sale and purchase of home. We have used this company for previous moves and they still remain good at what they do. It's easy to see the difference when seeing how other solicitors operate.

Had to constantly chase for updates. I also seemed to have to do the chasing from the solicitors to the estate agents. They would not talk to eachother.
Issues with final completion payment resulting in error and money needing to be sent back 2 months later. They take high enough fees but for what job.

GloverPriest Solicitors have recently done the conveyancing for our house move , it wasn't straightforward and we changed our minds about our purchase halfway through.
