If you cannot deliver promptly then say so. It is no good not delivering then when you get written to (twice) simply ignore the customer as has happened in my case. Nice enough products and please do... Toon meer

I also ordered goods over two weeks ago and still not arrived. They say they have been dispatched. I've asked for a tracking number, but no response. Not impressed with their service!!
