Confirm the experience others report with this fraudulent operation. They take your money and never send the order, providing ridiculous excuses (clearly lies) repeatedly. And don’t be fooled when they say they are preparing to ship. They create a shipping order but never actually send the product. Criminals, preying on people during a difficult time.

File a dispute with your credit card company- do not let them convince you to keep waiting like I did. They print out USPS labels to appease you and make you think your order is on its way but they never actually mail anything to you. When you call/email they just ask you to keep being patient. If they don’t have the product they shouldn’t be selling it. They are breaking consumer law and should be held accountable.

Like all of you, I had two orders of hand sanitizer that I made on 3/26 that I'm still waiting to received. Got the run around from their customer service, asked for patience, said they would be sending out items on 4/13, but still have gotten nothing.

Did some googling, Glowyy is a brand name under QYK BRANDS LLC (CA entity number 201732410320). According to their pubic filings with the state of California, RAKESH TAMMABATTULA is their CEO and their biz address is 9 MACARTHUR PL #302, SANTA ANA CA 92707. (Yep, that's an apartment building)

He's even giving interviews to local news: www dot nbclosangeles dot com/news/coronavirus/orange-county-ceo-sounds-alarms-on-hand-sanitizer-shortages/2336235/ so they appear to be somewhat legit before this pandemic started.

However it seems they've had no trouble taking people's money and not delivering anything. I suggest folks take the information I wrote above to make official complaints with state of California.

Do not purchase from Glowyy. This is a scam. They bill you immediately, not when they "ship", give you reasons for the "shipping" delay that make no sense, and refuse to cancel your order and refund your money. They have no goods TO ship. Total fake company. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I placed my order for hand sanitizer on March 19th for a total cost of $48.90 through PayPal. So they got my money immediately. I based my purchase at the time on the fact that they led me to believe that they had it in stock. I normally check out online retailers reviews but for some reason I didn't and how I regret that mistake now! I had been desperately looking for some sanitizer for some time so that's probably why I took the bait with this retailer. They did communicate with me several times and were always polite and I have been polite with them also. Maybe that's why they kept responding to my emails. They always have an excuse. The last one was they were having trouble with the cargo planes accepting the 10 oz bottles. Of course they didn't remember that I had asked them if they were waiting for a shipment of product before they filled my order. They indicated in this first exchange of emails that they had the product in stock. They sent me the usual shipping notice on March 31st which of course just said that they had printed a label. Wonder where that label is as I type this?? Probably lost in a stack of labels or long gone in a trash can. I've seen the label printing ploy used more than once with online retailers hoping to placate the buyers into thinking their order is really on the way.
I submitted a refund request with PayPal so lets see what that does for me. I also sent them this web address which probably shows just a small percentage of the total dissatisfied Glowyy.com customers who have had the same experience we've all had.

Update: When I go into PayPal it list this purchase under these names: QYK Brands LLC and glowyy.com. When I searched out QYK Brands LLS on Google this information comes up:
QYK Brands, LLC. is a California based company that owns multiple brands and companies in the health, beauty, and personal care space, including DrJ's Naural, QykSonic, Glowy and Theo Pharmaceuticals.
You can do a Google search for QYK Brands LLC and click on the search results.
It gives a lot of information about the company that is based in Garden Grove, California on Garden Grove Blvd.
So this is not just a mom and pop shop like I originally thought.
I see that someone else has done some Googling. Good work!

Update #2 Looks like the refund request I started on April 18th with PayPal has had an affect. Glowyy.com has decided that they could find their way to the Garden Grove post office as of 9:32 pm on April 20th. That occurred AFTER they were contacted by PayPal about this dispute. But, then who knows what I'm actually going to receive! I'll update this if I don't receive what I ordered, which was a total of 40 oz's of Dr. J's hand sanitizer.

Update #3 I received my order today. They sent a total of 35 oz of 70% hand sanitizer instead of the 40 oz of 75% hand sanitizer that I ordered. I weighed each 8 fl. oz container with an electronic scale and allowed .5 oz for each container. I expect a refund from Glowyy.com of $6.00 for the wrong product and weight shortage. I have gone through PayPal with that request. I'll update this when it's finalized.

Enough is enough.

Like others here, I have been exploited by this company.

To be exploited at a time like this can be a matter of life and death. It's unacceptable.

They don't deserve a star, had to give one for chance to review. Stay the heck away! They lie and scam you! No good! Never received my order. They lied about shipping it and the tracking number doesn't work. They are not a legitimate company!

My experience is the same as most. Ordered mid March. Gave me USPS tracking number 3/31. Nothing happens. Basically stood $40 from me.

They get no stars from me, I had to select one to write my review. I ordered hand sanitizer in March & here we are April 18th still no sanitizer. I emailed several times & no response. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau.

Placed an order on 26th March with a promise of delivery in 3-5 days. I've still not received my order and the company is not responding to my emails and calls. It's a big SCAM! They are just taking advantage of the current scenario

I ordered hand sanitizer and I'm so glad I did. It has a high (needed) alcohol content and comes in an easy to use pump dispenser. PLEASE NOTE: A little patience on shipping time is needed. Even Amazon is shipping slowly. When I was worried about this, I emailed the company who promptly answered. I'll buy from them again.

Please avoid this site. They took my money 20 days ago with promises of having it delivered within 3-4 days. The numbers on their site, their customer service, everything is pretty much fake. They send a tracking number but no shipment ever gets sent out. Once you do get in touch with someone through email, they give you the run around telling you supervisor will contact you within 48 hours which never happens. Avoid at all cost. This is one of the most illegitimate businesses I've ever dealt with.

No longer responds to emails or calls regarding hand sanitizer order. I placed an order on March 17. USPS received notification the item was ready to ship March 28 but the item has never been received by USPS. I contacted Glowyy on April 3 and was told to be patient as it was do to what California was under due to the virus. I again reach out email and by phone April15. No response to my email and no luck with the phone. I have had orders from Brooklyn, NY received even with their issues being more severe than CA. I have received no response from Glowyy since April 3 and no refund. This business is taking advantage of people and profiting. Do not order from here!

I have been dealing with this company for over a month I keep asking for a refund and they just keep giving me excuse and totally not listening. How many times do you have to email a company and I have 10 so far and called numerous times. Excuse after excuses. Hey if you order today on the site it will be shipped on the 22nd lol. I ordered march 4 and still no product. Bait and switch people do not order from here.

I have ordered on March 26, 2020, and still no item, email on April 8th, and call April 8th and still no item, they said they will mail on April 14th thru April 17th, 2020 still item sitting in California, I just want my money back, don't want item will be calling credit card company in the morning

Complete joke of a company. Stated shipment will processed, and as of 15 DAYS! later, nothing has been done. Customer service is a joke. Was hung up on by a rep. Email customer service is non-existent. And when calling customer service, people are laughing and telling dirty jokes in the background. This company is apparently run out of a person basement or something

No customer service they are currently holding my order hostage and have not answered my last two emails

I ordered some sanitizer in March. It’s been almost a month. I received an email saying my order was in CA USPS. I called a week later to see why it had not shipped. They apologized and told me my order would be shipping the first week of April. Now they wont answer my emails or just return my money. I am forced to file a complaint with my bank now and get a new card. What a hassle! I now believe this to be a company scamming people during a time of crisis. Then again they are in CA, I’m not sure why I expected anything more...

Scam company. They don't have anything instock and are awaiting orders to come from China. If you buy from here you were warned. Changing multiple ship dates, and blaming their couriers. USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other shippers are running on time. We'll see if they issue a refund, though I doubt it.

Bought a product from them over a month ago. No responses from them and still have not received product. Shady company.
