Yep, scam. I made my order on 3/12, and it’s now 4/7 with no shipment on the way. And they can’t tell me when it’s coming. They say it’s packed with a shipping label ready to go but is taking longer because of Coronavirus. Y’all. All major delivery services are still picking up. I’ve been sending and receiving packages this entire time. They just make excuses and hope you forget they stole your money. Scam scam scam scam DO NOT ORDER

This is a SCAM COMPANY!! SCAM FRAUD SCAM FRAUD SCAM FRAUD. They will STEAL your money!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I gave them a 1 because no Star was not an option! BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are full of nothing but excuses. I placed an order on March 13, 2020. Every time I follow up with them, there is an excuse why my order was not shipped. I would always get, it’s going to be delivered this week. Now, they are saying the 13th. That’s would be a month for SOMETHING THEY SAID WAS IN STOCK!!! I will NEVER do business with them company again and RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EITHER!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service and fulfillment. Placed an order on March 8, 2020 where Glowyy GUARANTEED items were in stock and would arrive in 3-5 business days. Contacted Lea at Glowyy on March 25, 2020 because I hadn't received my items. She assured me that it would ship that week as they were sending out 5,000 orders that week and mine was one of them. Later that day, I received a tracking number for my shipment. I've checked the tracking number every day since and it STILL says "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available." Today is April 2, 2020 and my items still haven’t shipped nor have I received a call.

I've left two more voicemails, March 30 and April 1, and STILL haven't heard back. Now, I'm going to reach out to my credit card company and file FRAUD against this company. BEWARE!!!!

They make promises they cannot keep, multiple times!!!! Poor business! Go elsewhere for your shopping needs.

Update: It’s now April 17, 2020 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER nor have I heard from customer service yet.

Update 2: Received the product on April 20; over a month after ordering it. We ordered the unscented sanitizer and IT STINKS to high heavens. Smells like rotten vitamins. I added essential oil to it in hopes it'll change the smell and it still makes us want to gag.

I placed a 44 dollar order on march 9, 2020. I was eventually after emailing twice given a shipping number. After 2 weeks the package is still waiting to get a label. I emailed the company and said its been 3 weeks they said unfortunately my order was picked up so I would have to wait til I received the package and then return it to get my money back. I waited 2 days checked my usps number and it still is waiting. The company then emails me that they hate to inform me but my order is going to take even longer. I really needed these things for my kids and spent extra on 2 day shipping and now April 1st and they took my money and no product. It makes me sick.

I love them, Staffs are very polite.looking forward to do more transactions with them! Although there are delays but its understandable.

On March 10, 2020 I placed an order online. On March 23, 2020 I received an email from them asking me to email pictures of my ID and credit card to them because my transaction was flagged for fraud. I told them that their request was a giant fraud flag and asked them to either refund all my money or fill the order. On March 25, 2020 they cancelled my order and refunded my money.

great customer service, good hand sanitizer. first was hesitant coz of the delays. but,i looked everywhere and they had the shortest delivery period.

I ordered face masks and hand disinfectant from glowyy.com, and although there was a bit of a wait due to the coronavirus, their customer service always kept me updated and answered all my questions. I will continue to shop from this site once this virus is over!

I've been waiting over a week And still haven't got a confirmation when my product will arrive And they're already took the money Not too sure about this site

Contrary to what the two reviews said below, I have received my order right on time. It is my first time buying from Glowyy and I’m really satisfied with the service. I love my new hand sanitizer and I’m sure that I’ll order more from you in the future

I second the 1st review. I do not trust this company. I placed an order on March 3rd with the promise of 1-2 day processing time and 3-5 day shipping time. It is now March 23rd and I have yet to receive the product though it was supposedly shipped 10 days ago from California. I live in AZ so there is absolutely no way it should take 10 days to get here. I've contacted Glowyy by phone and via e-mail within a few days of placing an order because it hadn't shipped as promised. Since I have received no response, I called my credit card company and reported them as fraud. I then posted a bad review on Glowyy's (newly created) Facebook page. Glowyy responded to my review and follow up comments and mostly gave me a bunch of excuses for not shipping on time. Eventually, they got rid of their Facebook page altogether. So yea, I still don't have the product and they no longer have a Facebook page. Do not buy from them!

Placed an order over a week ago expecting shipment within 2 days along with a confirmation that it has been shipped. I have received no confirmation and no products since placing my order. I have also notified my credit card company of potential fraud.
