Horrible would not recommend it's been almost a month still haven't received my box zero customer service the email says they will respond back to me within 24 hours and it's going on two weeks now and no reply honestly probably the worst choice to order from

Ran into a couple of issues but they are making it right. Verru slow to process i got charged for Nov no box Dec get charged again and still no box for November I am out 500 dollars and I get told they will look in to it. I know if I was a month late on my mortgage the bank wouldn't care what excuse i had I think I am better off ordering from JP bulion or APMEX as the deliver in a timely manner and haven't rolled out excuses. Update received Nov box towards the end of dec was told it takes 3 weeks for the product and 3 days after that didn't get an info card and was worth about 200 if that on a 250 box.

I started this box earlier this year. It was ok at the start. After a while the quality became les and less. Customer service is non existent. I’ve written to several people there and no response for almost six months. The last box I got had a total metal value of $120 +/- when the box cost me $250. No explanation, just silence. They also sent me the butt ugly trump coin which no one asked for or wanted.

I purchased a Trump Coin October 27 for my birthday that the website said was in stock after several emails and phone calls today December 14 I finally a got email saying it was shipped. After all the aggravation over the last few months that was my first and last purchase from GMR. It's not about the money it's about getting what you pay for. I just hope at this moment in time it's exactly as the picture and not a fake

Buyer beware this Was my 1st purchase of silver but gmr gold ruined it for me. The customer service wasn’t any help sent a couple of Emails asking about my order and never got a answer so I made a call to them only to have them return my call 9 days later and told me they don’t have any info for me on my order other then it was next to be shipped out. Well there web site said in stock ready to ship in 10-15 days, nope it was only after 30 days I made the call and they told me, now to find out that after the call back was made to me 9 days later they cancel my order and refunded me but never notified me any of it buyer beware

I like their customer support. Replying in time and actually helping me to solve the problem.

Purchased a silver Trump Mugshot coin on 10/28/2023. Never heard anything until I got an email in 11/10/2023 asking me to review my purchase, which I had not received. It is now 12/13/2023 and I have not heard a word from them. Not an apology. Nothing about it being delayed. Nothing. As of today it still shows in stock on their website but I can assure you, they are not in stock. Beware of this fraudulent company.

purchased trump mugshot coin on 10/27 and as of 12/12/23 have not received item despite the item showing in stock. The only update received from GMR is "Each coin is hand-poured and made-to-order by an artisan silversmith, which has caused a delay in shipment beyond our normal 15 business days. Oh and the emails asking to leave a reviews on items i have yet to receive. No product updates, bad customer service, zero star company...buyers beware before padding the pockets of a company that doesn't deliver. Oh and Website is showing in stock. ***update - after review posted, I was contacted by the president of GMR. He said shipment was coming in & my coin would be out the next week. I received the coin on 12/18 as he said. I get these are hand poured artesian coins, but if I didn't tell you it was a Trump coin not sure you would be able to determine is was by how it came out, but end of the day silver is silver & coin was finally delivered.

I ordered a trump silver coin on Oct 27th 2023. At the time of order the site stated it could take up 15 days for delivery. On Nov 22nd 2023 I received an email from GMR that stated (due to overwhelming demand we are experiencing some shipping delays. Our Trump coins are hand-stamped and produced in the USA! We value your business and will get your order to you as soon as possible.) Today is Dec 12th 2023 and besides email excuses and a phone call where the Customer service person stated that since DC Drano did a special the orders were a lot more than they expected. I have still not received my 1oz coin that was over priced to start with. The value of 1 ounce coin is around $26 and the coin cost $45. I explained this to customer service agent when he tried to sell me more of the same coins right after I had just complained about not getting my initial order????? No coin, no offer to return my money! Go somewhere else for you precious metals.
