HORRIBLE!! Caveat Emptor!! Let the BUYER BEWARE!! Placed an order on 10/27. Was told the order would ship within 14 business days. After waiting for over a month with no resolution (despite my sending multiple emails, and making two telephone calls). I filed a dispute with my card company. Immediately I receive a notice that “part of my order has shipped”, The tracking info states, however, that a label has been printed, but the shipper is still awaiting the package. Imagine that!! Still no correspondence about the balance of my order. Do yourself a favor and purchase precious metals from a reliable, trustworthy dealer, such as SD Bullion, APMEX, etc.

GMR Gold has been a excellent and trustworthy company to work with. As a fairly new investor in precious metals I felt completely informed throughout the entire buying process with them. They helped me understand my investments and cut through the noise of others in the industry. I was interested in investing in gold and silver so started looking for a good company to go with. Did my research, spoke with a few companies and decided to go with GMR Gold. I couldn't be happier! Their staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain their recommendations. I continue to grow my Gold and Siver assets and rely on GMR Gold to help me make good decisions. You can't go wrong with GMR! .

Buying gold and silver was always something I'd wanted to start doing, but it is hard to find a reputable company that you can trust! I was in high school during the Great Recession and I saw how quickly people can lose their fortunes when they were wrapped up solely in the stock market. A physical asset like precious metals hold their value and can be a hedge against inflation. I knew it was a smart investment and I finally took the leap back in 2021. I have been very happy with Bullion Box. You just set it and forget it. A curated box shows up at your house once a month. It couldn't be any easier. I will continue to diversify my portfolio and buy precious metals and I'll continue to trust Bullion Box with my money.

Buyer beware! During 2021, my brother-in-law purchased 91 gold and silver coins from GRM Gold at a total cost of $27,450. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2022 after a multi-year battle with ALS. Being the executor of his estate, one of my responsibilities was to liquidate his gold and silver coins. I first talked with GMR and they indicated they would find buyers for his coins. They never did and eventually stopped returning my phone calls. I then spent several months talking with dealers and individual collectors in multiple cities and states. Bottom line – after a year of research and speaking with dealers and investors, the total price I was able to secure for the 91 coins was only $8,800. $27,450 invested, sold for $8,800 two years later. An $18,650 loss!

His collection included a single gold Columbia 8 Escudo coin that GMR sold to him for $7,497 and a single gold Mexico 4 Escudo coin they sold to him for $5,104. The disease ALS attacks both the body and the mind. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law was suffering from poor judgement when he made these purchases. I do not know if GRM took advantage of him and I cannot blame them for his poor judgement but my research says they sold him coins at multiples of reasonable retail. And, my experience selling the coins seems to confirm that. As I indicated, buyer beware!

This company does not allow to cancel a subscription!!! This is my 3rd attempt to cancel! You can’t cancel on their website nor by calling to reach someone is impossible! They just continue to charge my card even after I canceled. Unsatisfied customer!! Bad customer service!!!

Everyone has been so patient with me as a new customer in a new market and sought to understand and relate to my personal needs. No pressure, just education, clear and open pros and cons, great understanding of the market and different directions to go with each option. So personal and helpful. Nearly beyond belief, but after a half dozen interactions and a set of purchases, I can only say they're the real deal and a huge thank you. What a team.

I received my first box and was very disappointed. 2.25 ounces of silver for $$$. Simply not worth it. I find more in Pawn Shops in a month than this, at way better value. Waste of time and money.

Yesterday I recieved 3 coins totalling about only $70 in value. This sux considering it cost me $125. That kinda mark up is alil to piggy. Not happy with that at all. I will not be using these guys anymore once my non refundable 1yr subscription is up.

I tried my first subscription with this company recently. I set up the $279 box. I recieved my shipment in about a month from placement, which is fine. When Opened the package, it contained a card with info on all the pieces inside. Neat inclusion, but no value to it for me personally. Inside was a generic 1oz silver round, 1oz silver eagle, 2 war nickels (....why would you ship these in a $279 box that you say is hand curated, feels like a insult.) And a 1945 2.5 gold peso, super common date for these. If searched to buy individually, be nice, comes to $80 in silver and $142 in gold. For a total of $222.00 if bout at other bullion sites. This box was a joke and huge loss. I can understand making profit, but this isnt near competetive with other sub boxes. Losing $57 instantly on a investment is to high of premium to pay over premiums just so they can ship you random stuff they have laying around and could be what they have the lowest cost in. I would hate to imagine the loss on the next tier up. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a suprise investment box.
