Invariably one of the cheapest tariffs available. Their customer service is superb, no long winded press 1 for this, press 2 for that, then the dreaded muzak for ages. Following an on-line comparison site check we chose Gnergy. We had never heard of this company before, but are glad we are with them, as their tariff is very good compared to others.
We send gas and electricity readings once a month, which can be done on line, or freephone.
Whenever we have had to call them we have been answered promptly and efficiently and any queries soon sorted out.
We are so pleased with their service we have renewed twice with them as their prices are still competitive.

They make everything so simple. Very clear Bill's. They are very easy to speak to on the phone,no hanging on for ages before you get a reply. They are cheap too.
