I’ve dealt with a number of gas service engineers in the Worthing area, and GN are head and shoulders above some of the local lazy and incompetent operators I’ve encountered.

GN are now my go-to supplier for gas and boiler servicing.

Like everyone today I was scared of scams and some of the terrible reports you get from people who have had bad experiences. Needing a new boiler I was given GN Heating by my old boiler servicer who is part retired. the first meeting was businesses like and I was invited to check up on the company which I did. We placed the order the work took one day to do all the work and half a day to commission. The work was clean, tidy and bother free . The men excellent and no trouble so if you are looking for a reference you will certainly get one from me. Excellent work Robert Turner

Really good experience from start to finish. Clear and transparent initial conversation with Gary re need for new boiler. Included option for 0% finance over 10 months with an outside company Kanda he works with. Installation booked in, and Josh and Will worked efficiently to a high standard with Gary monitoring in background. Everything kept clean and orderly with dust sheets etc and I was kept informed about the progress of the work. Very happy with the new Baxi boiler and with the installation process. Going forward will now use GN Heating for other plumbing needs. Great to have a reliable, trustworthy local plumber in Worthing.
