I bought 1000 Nitrile gloves to take care of my 84 year old mom. She is a 30 year retired operating room nurse. I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves. 10 individual boxes of 100 gloves. My mom's cna opened 1 box to use before noticing the gloves were the wrong size. I contacted the company in hopes of exchanging the 9 unopened boxes of gloves. The company refused. That's not good business. That's not how you should treat a customer! You will not be getting any future business from me. I would encourage others to shop around before doing business with Go Bulk Medical. Thank you for a disappointing experience! Greg Mace

Mr. Mace, we're sorry the order didn't work out. Ordering the wrong size is an easy mistake to make, and we know it's frustrating.
Some context for anyone reading. We sell nitrile gloves by the case, not by individual boxes. The case shipped sealed and in the size selected at checkout. By the time you reached us, the case had been opened and one box used, so we could no longer return it to inventory. Medical-grade gloves have to go out to clinics and care facilities factory-sealed, which is why we couldn't accept it back or send a free replacement.
