Just returned from an amazing Cruise/hotel holiday in Japan organised by Dan at GoCruise & Travel, hotels, transfers and the holiday itself were all fantastic as was the customer care, recommendations and communications pre cruise. So relieved we’d booked via Dan as had issues with BA cancelling flights due to fog on the way out, BA had rebooked us onto an unsuitable flight 2 days later, not considering that we had a cruise to catch 2 days later so we contacted Dan who reassured us that they’d get things sorted and the team had alternative flights and overnight accommodation sorted really quickly via another airline. Would recommend to anyone booking cruise or land holiday, we already have another 2 booked!

We went to the Rocky Mountains and Alaska .
The whole trip was so well organised by Dan Hammond . Everything went very smoothly even though we did many different things.
We saw and experienced so much . It was fantastic.

We’ve booked and completed 4 cruises with GoCruise & Travel each time looked after by Dan, the latest aboard The Royal Clipper. Their service levels are utterly outstanding and we’d highly recommend them to book any cruise. We would never use anyone else.

Dan and his team are very responsive and are helpful in getting me on the cruises I enjoy and can be booked through to them as a non UK based person. I had to cancel my Sky Princess May 17th-24, 2025 cruise last minute and all was handled very professionally.

I booked the Paul and Carole group cruise through Dan at GoCruise & Travel. And have now booked several cruises with him. I have always booked independently and never used travel agents. I will not be changing back. The service was excellent and anytime I've needed to speak to Dan he's on the phone to me. It was lovely too meet in person. If you’re worried that using a personal travel agent means you’ll get less service than a multi-branch agency — don’t be. Booking with Dan at Go Cruise and Travel with Tony & Dan couldn’t be further from that idea.

We’ve just come back from a cruise that Dan arranged for 170 people, and the service was absolutely top-notch. The booking process was smooth, we received timely reminders for balance payments, and we got clear guidance on submitting passenger info, downloading tickets, and getting our luggage tags. Everything was taken care of with professionalism and a personal touch.

This was an amazing experience, Dan has been an incredible person organising everything and no question was ever to silly to be answered, he talked me through some of the technologies which I really didn’t understand and treated us with the utmost respect.
